Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan belajar para pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Pinang Ranti berdasarkan enam indikator, yakni manajemen dan keuangan, produksi, pemasaran dan promosi, pemanfaatan teknologi digital, layanan konsumen, serta legalitas dan administrasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei deskriptif dan teknik sampling purposive untuk menentukan 21 responden pelaku UMKM sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berbentuk skala Likert dan dianalisis dengan metode statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan pelatihan pada indikator manajemen dan keuangan berada pada kategori dibutuhkan sebesar 73,4%, produksi sebesar 71,4%, serta pemasaran dan promosi sebesar 74,2%. Pada aspek pemanfaatan teknologi digital, pelatihan tentang media sosial dan marketplace termasuk dalam kategori dibutuhkan sebesar 71,4%, sedangkan penggunaan aplikasi kasir dianggap tidak dibutuhkan sebesar 50,4%. Layanan konsumen juga masuk dalam kategori dibutuhkan sebesar 72,4%, sedangkan pengelolaan dokumen usaha hanya cukup dibutuhkan sebesar 54,2%. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM membutuhkan pelatihan yang terpadu, terutama dalam aspek manajemen, pemasaran, dan digitalisasi usaha, agar dapat meningkatkan kapasitas dan daya saing secara berkelanjutan. ***** This study aims to identify the learning needs of MSME actors in Pinang Ranti Urban Village based on six indicators: management and finance, production, marketing and promotion, utilization of digital technology, customer service, and legality and administration. The research employed a quantitative approach using a descriptive survey method, with purposive sampling technique to select 21 MSME actors as research subjects. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that training needs in the indicators of management and finance were categorized as needed (73.4%), production (71.4%), and marketing and promotion (74.2%). In the aspect of digital technology utilization, training related to social media and marketplaces was considered needed (71.4%), while the use of cashier or digital bookkeeping applications was considered not needed (50.4%). Customer service was also considered needed (72.4%), while training in managing business documents, such as invoices, was only moderately needed (54.2%). The study concludes that MSME actors require integrated training, particularly in the areas of management, marketing, and business digitalization, to enhance their capacity and competitiveness sustainably.
