Abstract

Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan mengenai manajemen program Magang dan Studi Independen Bersertifikat (MSIB) Kampus Merdeka di Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ). Sub fokus penelitian terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Program MSIB di UNJ didasarkan pada kebijakan Hak Belajar 3 Semester di Luar Program Studi dengan merujuk pada pedoman MBKM. UNJ menyesuaikannya dengan kebutuhan kampus dan menerapkannya melalui Pedoman Implementasi MBKM di UNJ. Perencanaan dimulai dengan penunjukkan PIC program dan serangkaian pertemuan daring dengan tim pusat MSIB untuk memperoleh pemahaman konsep. PIC kemudian menyosialisasikan grand design program MSIB kepada fakultas, program studi, dan mahasiswa. PIC juga merencanakan pembentukan grup komunikasi untuk memudahkan koordinasi dan penyampaian informasi terkini kepada mahasiswa. (2) Pelaksanaan terbagi dalam tiga tahapan. Pertama, prapelaksanaan yang dimulai dengan mengadakan sosialisasi di internal kampus. Kemudian mahasiswa melakukan pendaftaran dan mengikuti tahapan seleksi. Setelah pengumuman kelolosan, dilakukan rekapitulasi data dan penginformasian jadwal on-boarding. Kedua, pada pelaksanaan mahasiswa mengikuti on-boarding dan secara resmi memulai program MSIB di mitranya masing-masing. Kegiatan berlanjut dengan konsolidasi mitra yang dihadiri oleh PIC, DPP, dan program studi. Selama pelaksanaan, dilakukan monitoring terhadap perkembangan aktivitas mahasiswa oleh Dosen Pembimbing Lapangan. Ketiga, pasca pelaksanaan program yang berkaitan dengan konversi sks di mana kewenangannya berada pada masing-masing program studi. (3) Evaluasi dilakukan oleh PIC dalam bentuk Laporan Kemajuan dan Laporan Akhir. Didalamnya mencakup pelaporan aktivitas yang dilakukan setiap bulannya, demografi dan persebaran mahasiswa, kendala yang dihadapi, dan aspek relevan lainnya untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program MSIB. ***** This qualitative research aims to explore and explain the management of the Internship and Certified Independent Study Program (MSIB) under Kampus Merdeka at Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ). The research sub focuses include planning, implementation, and evaluation. The descriptive method is employed for this research. Data collection involves observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The research findings indicate that: (1) The MSIB program at UNJ is based on the 3-Semester Learning Right Policy outside the Study Program, referring to the MBKM guidelines. UNJ adjusts it to campus needs and implements it through the MBKM Implementation Guidelines at UNJ. Planning begins with the appointment of the program's Person in Charge (PIC) and a series of online meetings with the central MSIB team to gain a conceptual understanding. The PIC then disseminates the grand design of the MSIB program to faculties, study programs, and students. The PIC also plans the formation of a communication group to facilitate coordination and the delivery of up-to-date information to students. (2) Implementation is divided into three stages. Firstly, pre-implementation starts with internal campus socialization. Then, students register and undergo the selection process. After the announcement of acceptance, data recapitulation and on-boarding schedule information are conducted. Secondly, during implementation, students undergo on-boarding and officially start the MSIB program with their respective partners. Activities continue with partner consolidation attended by the PIC, DPP, and study programs. During implementation, monitoring of student activity progress is carried out by the Field Supervising Lecturer. Thirdly, post-implementation activities are related to credit conversion, where the authority lies with each study program. (3) Evaluation is conducted by the PIC in the form of Progress Reports and Final Reports. It includes monthly activity reporting, student demographics and distribution, challenges faced, and other relevant aspects to evaluate the MSIB program's implementation.
