Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dan menggambarkan secara komprehensif kemampuan matematika siswa dengan autisme di sekolah dasar negeri penyelenggara pendidikan inklusi di Kecamatan Pulo Gadung, Jakarta Timur. Metode survei deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan, melibatkan lima siswa dari tiga sekolah dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes matematika tertulis dan wawancara guru, mencakup lima dimensi matematika: bilangan, aljabar, pengukuran, geometri, serta analisis data dan peluang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variasi signifikan dalam kemampuan antar siswa; dimensi bilangan paling dikuasai, sementara analisis data dan peluang terendah. Hambatan utama teridentifikasi dari wawancara adalah kesulitan memahami instruksi soal cerita yang abstrak, fluktuasi konsentrasi dan mood, serta ketergantungan kuat pada media konkret. Setiap siswa menunjukkan profil belajar unik yang tidak selalu sejalan dengan tingkat kelas formal mereka. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah diperlukannya strategi pembelajaran adaptif dan individual yang berfokus pada pendekatan visual dan konkret untuk meningkatkan penguasaan matematika siswa. ***** This study aims to identify the mathematical abilities of autistic students in inclusive schools in East Jakarta. This quantitative descriptive research involved 5 students from three inclusive schools using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through written mathematics tests and teacher interviews, covering five mathematical dimensions: number, algebra, measurement, geometry, and data analysis and probability. Results showed significant variation among students; the number dimension was the most mastered, while data analysis and probability were the lowest. The main obstacles identified from interviews were difficulty understanding word problem instructions, fluctuations in concentration and mood, and a reliance on concrete media. Each student exhibited a unique learning profile that did not always align with their formal grade level. Adaptive and individualized learning strategies, focusing on visual and concrete approaches, are needed to enhance their mathematical proficiency.
