Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) modifikasi Social Emotional Learning (SEL) terhadap keterampilan sosial ditinjau dari kepercayaan diri peserta didik di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen dan desain treatment by level 2x2, yang dilaksanakn di SD Islam Dwi Matra, Jakarta Selatan. Instrumen pengumpulan data terdiri dari penilaian unjuk kerja untuk mengukur keterampilan sosial serta kuesioner untuk mengukur kepercayaan diri. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji ANAVA dua jalur menggunakan aplikasi JAMOVI 2.3.28. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat perbedaan keterampilan sosial siswa yang belajar dengan model TSTS modifikasi SEL lebih tinggi dibandingkan siswa yang belajar dengan model STAD dengan perolehan nilai (p-value 0.008 < 0.05); 2) terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan kepercayaan diri terhadap keterampilan sosial (nilai p-value < .001 < 0.05); 3) keterampilan sosial siswa yang belajar dengan model TSTS modifikasi SEL lebih tinggi dibandingkan siswa yang belajar dengan model STAD pada kelompok siswa dengan kepercayaan diri tinggi, hasil uji Tukey menunjukkan nilai mean difference 4.86 dengan perolehan (nilai p-value < 0.001 < 0.05); 4) keterampilan sosial siswa yang belajar dengan model STAD memiliki keterampilan sosial yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan siswa yang belajar dengan model TSTS modifikasi SEL pada kelompok siswa dengan kepercayaan diri rendah, hasil uji Tukey menunjukkan nilai mean difference -2.00 dengan perolehan (nilai p-value 0.038 < 0.05). ***** This study aims to determine the effect of the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) model modified by Social Emotional Learning (SEL) on social skills in terms of students’ self-confidence in elementary school. This research employed a quantitative approach with an experimental method and a treatment by level 2x2 design, conducted at SD Islam Dwi Matra, South Jakarta. Data collection instruments consisted of performance assessments to measure social skills and questionnaires to measure self-confidence. Data were analyzed using two-way ANOVA with the JAMOVI 2.3.28 application. The results of the study show that: (1) there is a difference in social skills, where students taught using the TSTS model modified by SEL have higher social skills than those taught using the STAD model (p-value 0.008 < 0.05); (2) there is an interaction effect between the learning model and self-confidence on social skills (p-value < .001 < 0.05); (3) the social skills of students taught using the TSTS model modified by SEL are higher than those taught using the STAD model in the group of students with high self-confidence, as shown by the Tukey test with a mean difference of 4.86 and a p-value < 0.001 < 0.05; (4) the social skills of students taught using the STAD model are higher than those taught using the TSTS model modified by SEL in the group of students with low self-confidence, as indicated by the Tukey test with a mean difference of -2.00 and a p-value of 0.038 < 0.05.
