Abstract
Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas manajemen, dan integritas dosen budaya akademik terhadap komitmen dosen dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran SMA Yayasan Bani Saleh baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah semua dosen di Sekolah Tinggi Studi Islam, Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan, dan Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informasi dan Komputer Bani Saleh Bekasi yang berjumlah 272 dengan sampel 100 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah populasi dosen yang memiliki kualitas dan karakteristik strata S2 pendidikan minimal dosen, telah mengajar minimal 3 tahun, bukan dosen PNS yang ditempatkan di yayasan, dan memiliki asisten ahli pangkat akademik hingga associate professor. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dirancang dalam bentuk skala likert dan skala penilaian. Hasil pengujian dan analisis yang dilakukan menyatakan; Ada pengaruh langsung positif terhadap integritas efektivitas manajemen dosen, ada pengaruh langsung positif terhadap integritas budaya akademik dosen, ada pengaruh positif langsung terhadap efektivitas manajemen budaya akademik Bani Saleh College Foundation. Secara bersamaan efektifitas manajemen, budaya akademik dan integritas dosen berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap komitmen dosen dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Ada pengaruh langsung positif terhadap integritas efektivitas manajemen dosen, ada pengaruh langsung positif terhadap integritas budaya akademik dosen, ada pengaruh positif langsung terhadap efektivitas manajemen budaya akademik Bani Saleh College Foundation. Secara bersamaan efektifitas manajemen, budaya akademik dan integritas dosen berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap komitmen dosen dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Ada pengaruh langsung positif terhadap integritas efektivitas manajemen dosen, ada pengaruh langsung positif terhadap integritas budaya akademik dosen, ada pengaruh positif langsung terhadap efektivitas manajemen budaya akademik Bani Saleh College Foundation. Abstract - This study aimed to determine the effect of management effectiveness, and integrity of academic culture lecturer to lecturer's commitment in improving the quality of teaching high school Yayasan Bani Saleh either partially or simultaneously. Research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The study population was all lecturers at the College of Islamic Studies, College of Health Sciences, and College of Management Information and Computer Bani Saleh Bekasi totaling 272 with 100 respondents in the sample. The sampling method is the population of professors who have the qualities and characteristic of educational strata S2 minimal lecturer, has taught at least 3 years, not a lecturer PNS placed in the foundations, and have academic rank expert assistant to associate professor. The research data was collected through questionnaires designed in the form of Likert scale and rating scale. The test results and analysis conducted states; There are positive direct effect on the integrity of the management effectiveness of lecturers, there is a positive direct effect on the integrity of academic culture lecturer, there is a direct positive influence on the management effectiveness of academic culture Bani Saleh College Foundation. Simultaneously the effectiveness of management, academic culture and integrity lecturer positive direct influence on faculty commitment in improving the quality of learning. There are positive direct effect on the integrity of the management effectiveness of lecturers, there is a positive direct effect on the integrity of academic culture lecturer, there is a direct positive influence on the management effectiveness of academic culture Bani Saleh College Foundation. Simultaneously the effectiveness of management, academic culture and integrity lecturer positive direct influence on faculty commitment in improving the quality of learning. There are positive direct effect on the integrity of the management effectiveness of lecturers, there is a positive direct effect on the integrity of academic culture lecturer, there is a direct positive influence on the management effectiveness of academic culture Bani Saleh College Foundation. Simultaneously the effectiveness of management, academic culture and integrity lecturer positive direct influence on faculty commitment in improving the quality of learning.
