Abstract

Grit merupakan salah satu faktor krusial yang semakin mendapat perhatian dalam studi psikologi terutama pada tingkat mahasiswa di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini fokus pada gambaran grit pada mahasiswa tingkat S1, tanpa menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi grit atau menguji hubungan grit dengan variabel lain. Tipe penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel adalah mahasiswa aktif yang berkuliah di perguruan tinggi di Jabodetabek. Terdapat 750 responden mahasiswa yang terdiri dari usia 18 tahun sampai 25 tahun. Hasil Penelitian diperoleh bahwa nilai tingkat grit mahasiswa di jabodetabek dalam kategori ‘tinggi sekali’ sebesar 34,8%, tingkat ‘tinggi’ sebesar 58,9%, tingkat ‘rendah’6,3%. Artinya mayoritas responden dalam penelitian ini memiliki girt yang dalam kategorikan tinggi. Kata Kunci : Grit, Sarjana, Mahasiswa ****** Grit is one of the crucial factors that is increasingly receiving attention in psychological studies, especially among undergraduate students in the Greater Jakarta area. This study focuses on describing grit among undergraduate students, without examining the factors that influence grit or the relationship of grit with other variables. This research is of a quantitative descriptive type. The population and sample consist of active students attending universities in the Greater Jakarta area. There are 750 student respondents aged 18 to 25 years. The research results show that the students' level of grit in the Greater Jakarta area falls into the 'very high' category at 34.8%, 'high' at 58.9%, and 'low' at 6.3%. This means that the majority of respondents in this study have grit categorized as high. Keywords : Grit, Bachelor, University Students
