Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai pelaksanaan program duta anti perundungan di SMAS Triguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pendekatan Studi Kasus. Subjek penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu 3 (tiga) murid yang merupakan duta perundungan, 5 (lima) orang selaku murid biasa, 2 (dua) Guru BK dan 1 (satu) wakil kesiswaan di SMAS Triguna. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Program Duta anti perundungan di SMAS Triguna Bintaro berperan penting dalam menciptakan iklim sekolah yang lebih aman, setara, dan terbuka. Studi kasus juga menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan program Duta anti perundungan tidak hanya ditentukan oleh peran duta semata, tetapi merupakan hasil kolaborasi antara murid, guru, dan dukungan struktural sekolah. Dengan demikian, hal tersebut memperkuat temuan bahwa program ini tidak hanya berdampak pada duta, tetapi juga pada seluruh warga sekolah. Efektivitas program tercermin dari rasa memiliki yang tumbuh di kalangan murid, meningkatnya keberanian untuk bersuara, serta semakin jarangnya kasus perundungan terdengar di lingkungan sekolah. ***** This study aims to provide an overview of the implementation of the Anti-Bullying Ambassador Program at SMAS Triguna. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research subjects consist of three students who serve as anti-bullying ambassadors, five regular students, two guidance and counseling teachers, and one vice principal for student affairs at SMAS Triguna. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Anti-Bullying Ambassador Program at SMAS Triguna Bintaro plays an important role in creating a safer, more equitable, and open school climate. The case study also highlights that the success of the program is not solely determined by the ambassadors’ roles, but is the result of collaboration among students, teachers, and the school’s structural support. Thus, the findings reinforce that the program has an impact not only on the ambassadors but also on the entire school community. The program’s effectiveness is reflected in the students’ growing sense of belonging, increased courage to speak up, and the decreasing number of bullying cases reported within the school environment.
