Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara lingkungan keluarga dengan hasil belajar kognitif siswa kelas V pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kelurahan Joglo. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah menganalisis sejauh mana peran keluarga berkontribusi terhadap capaian belajar kognitif siswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 87 siswa yang diambil menggunakan teknik simpel random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berupa angket dan soal untuk variabel lingkungan keluarga dan nilai hasil belajar kognitif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment serta uji prasyarat meliputi uji normalitas dan linearitas. Analisis korelasi menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara lingkungan keluarga dengan hasil belajar kognitif siswa, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,699 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa semakin baik kondisi lingkungan keluarga, semakin tinggi pula hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Hasil uji hipotesis juga membuktikan bahwa hipotesis penelitian diterima. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah lingkungan keluarga memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Oleh karena itu, keterlibatan orang tua dalam memberikan dukungan belajar, bimbingan, serta motivasi perlu terus ditingkatkan. Peneliti merekomendasikan agar pihak sekolah menjalin kerja sama yang lebih erat dengan orang tua dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif baik di rumah maupun di sekolah. ***** This study aims to determine the relationship between family environment and cognitive learning outcomes of grade V students in Pancasila Education subjects at Joglo Village State Elementary School. The main focus of this research is to analyze the extent to which family roles contribute to students' cognitive learning outcomes. The study used a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The research sample amounted to 87 students who were taken using simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and questions for family environment variables and cognitive learning outcomes. Data analysis was carried out with the Pearson Product Moment correlation test and prerequisite tests including normality and linearity tests. Correlation analysis showed a significant positive relationship between family environment and students' cognitive learning outcomes, with a correlation coefficient of 0.699 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This finding confirms that the better the condition of the family environment, the higher the students' cognitive learning outcomes. The results of hypothesis testing also prove that the research hypothesis is accepted. The conclusion of this study is that the family environment has an important role in improving students' cognitive learning outcomes. Therefore, parents' involvement in providing learning support, guidance, and motivation needs to be improved. Researchers recommend that schools establish closer cooperation with parents in creating a conducive learning environment both at home and at school.
