Abstract

PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, KEPRIBADIAN EKSTROVERT DAN MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI TERHADAP PERILAKU INOVATIF PEGAWAI UNIT PELAYANAN PENDIDIKAN PADA DINAS PENDIDIKAN KOTA BEKASI Muhammad Abid Marzuki ABSTRAK Dalam lingkungan dinamis dan terus mengalami perubahan seperti yang terjadi saat ini, maka perilaku inovatif merupakan pilar penting bagi organisasi atau perusahaan untuk dapat bersaing dan bertahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku inovatif, yaitu dilihat dari faktor budaya organisasi, kepribadian ekstrovert dan motivasi berprestasi. Objek penelitiannya yaitu di Unit Pelayanan Pendidikan pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bekasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 118 pegawai yang diambil dengan teknik acak sederhana. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner Skala Likert 1-5 dan analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif budaya organisasi terhadap perilaku inovatif pegawai, (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepribadian ekstrovert terhadap perilaku inovatif pegawai, (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif motivasi berprestasi terhadap perilaku inovatif pegawai, (4) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi berprestasi pegawai, (5) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepribadian ekstrovert terhadap motivasi berprestasi pegawai, (6) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung budaya organisasi terhadap perilaku inovatif melalui motivasi berprestasi, dan (7) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung kepribadian ekstrovert terhadap perilaku inovatif melalui motivasi berprestasi. Berdasarkan hasil ini, maka faktor budaya organisasi, kepribadian ekstrovert dan motivasi berprestasi di Unit Pelayanan Pendidikan pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bekasi perlu diperbaiki guna meningkatkan perilaku inovatif pegawai. Kata Kunci: budaya organisasi, kepribadian ekstrovert, motivasi berprestasi, perilaku inovatif   THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE, EXTROVERT PERSONALITY AND ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION ON OFFICER INNOVATIVE BEHAVIOR OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICE UNIT OF EDUCATION DEPARTMENT IN BEKASI CITY Muhammad Abid Marzuki ABSTRACT In a dynamic and changes environment as currently situation, innovative behavior is an important pillar for organizations to be able to compete and survive. This study aims to reveal the factors that influence innovative behavior, which is seen from the factors of organizational culture, extrovert personality and achievement motivation. The object of the research is the Educational Service Unit of Education Department in Bekasi City. The study used a quantitative approach with a total sample of 118 officers taken through simple random techniques. Data collection uses questionnaires in form of Likert Scale with 1-5 point and data analysis using path analysis. The results showed: (1) there is a positive direct effect of organizational culture on officer innovative behavior, (2) there is a positive direct influence of extroverted personality on officer innovative behavior, (3) there is a positive direct effect of achievement motivation on officer innovative behavior, (4) positive direct effect of organizational culture on officer achievement motivation, (5) there is a positive direct effect of extrovert personality on officer achievement motivation, (6) there is an indirect effect of organizational culture on innovative behavior through achievement motivation, and (7) there is an indirect effect extrovert personality on innovative behavior through achievement motivation. Based on these results, the factors of organizational culture, extroverted personality and achievement motivation in the Educational Service Unit of Education Department in Bekasi City need to be improved in order to improve employees' innovative behavior.
