Abstract

Siti Nurkhalifah, Yoga Matin Albar, S.Tr.T., M.Pd. Penerapan Kain Perca dengan Pengaplikasian Surface Cording pada Korset. Skripsi, Jakarta: Program Studi Sarjana Terapan Desain Mode, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2025. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh hasil penilaian produk busana korset dengan pengaplikasian surface cording dengan menggunakan kain sebagai material utama. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen, jenis pre-experimental design, berbentuk one shot case study. Penelitian ini menghasilkan lima produk korset. Prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan angket yang terdiri dari 20 butir pertanyaan dengan skala pengukuran rating scale dan diberikan kepala lima panelis ahli dibilang fashion. Tahap penelitian meliputi perancangan produk, pembuatan produk, penyusunan instrument, penilaian oleh panelis ahli dan analisis data. Penerapan Kain Perca dengan Pengaplikasian Surface cording pada Korset dinilai berdasarkan dimensi kualitas produk yang mencakup bentuk (form), kualitas performa (performance quality), kesesuaian kualitas (conformance quality), ketahanan (durability), dan gaya (style). Berdasarkan hasil penilaian kualitas produk, aspek kualitas performa (performance quality) memperoleh persentase tertinggi sebesar 95,6% dan termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Sementara itu, aspek kualitas produk dengan hasil akhir terendah adalah aspek kesesuaian kualitas (conformance quality), yang memperoleh persentase sebesar 89,2%. Meskipun demikian, aspek tersebut tetap berada berada dalam kategori sangat baik. The Application of Patchwork Fabric with Surface Cording Application on Corsets. Thesis, Jakarta: Applied Fashion Design Program, Faculty of Engineering, Jakarta State University, 2025. This study aims to obtain the results of the assessment of corset fashion products with the application of surface cording using fabric as the main material. The approach used in this study is quantitative with an experimental method, a type of pre-experimental design, in the form of a one-shot case study. This study produced five corset products. The data collection procedure was carried out by a questionnaire consisting of 20 questions with a rating scale measurement scale and given to five expert panelists in fashion. The research stages include product design, product manufacture, instrument preparation, assessment by expert panelists and data analysis. The application of patchwork fabric with the application of surface cording on corsets was assessed based on product quality dimensions that include form, performance quality, conformance quality, durability, and style. Based on the results of the product quality assessment, the performance quality aspect obtained the highest percentage of 95.6% and was included in the very good category. Meanwhile, the product quality aspect with the lowest final result was the conformance quality aspect, which obtained a percentage of 89.2%.
