Abstract
Penyelenggaraan pendidikan bagi peserta didik hambatan intelektual di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan tantangan sekaligus peluang, karena SMK menuntut penguasaan kompetensi vokasional, kemandirian, dan kesiapan kerja, sementara peserta didik hambatan intelektual memiliki keterbatasan intelektual dan perilaku adaptif sehingga membutukan penyesuaian pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran di jurusan DKV bagi anak hambatan intelektual di SMKN 48 Jakarta. Penelitian ini berfokus pada tiga komponen utama: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran yang mencakup asesmen, kurikulum, penentuan tujuan, materi, strategi, metode, media, dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Informan dalam penelitian ini lima guru produktif jurusan Desain Komunikasi dan Visual. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa guru melakukan penyesuaian pembelajaran mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi. Penyesuaian dilakukan oleh guru secara non-formal disesuaikan dengan kemampuan peserta didik hambatan intelektual. Implikasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model awal dalam penerapan layanan pendidikan inklusif. ***** Providing education for students with intellectual disabilities at vocational high schools (SMK) is both a challenge and an opportunity, because SMKs require mastery of vocational skills, independence, and work readiness, while students with intellectual disabilities have intellectual limitations and adaptive behaviors that require adjustments to their learning. This study aims to describe learning in the Visual Communication Design (DKV) department for students with intellectual disabilities at SMKN 48 Jakarta. This study focuses on three main components: planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning, which includes assessment, curriculum, goal setting, materials, strategies, methods, media, and evaluation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The informants in this study were five productive teachers from the Visual Communication Design department. The results of the study show that teachers make learning adjustments starting from planning, implementation, and evaluation. Adjustments are made by teachers informally in accordance with the abilities of students with intellectual disabilities. The implications of this study are expected to serve as an initial model for the implementation of inclusive education services.
