Abstract
Siswa Student Day Tata Rias SMA PGRI Cibinong kelas X menunjukan minat mempelajari tata rias wajah sehari-hari dengan materi Korean Daily Makeup melalui survey analisis kebutuhan dan 68% siswa menyatakan preferensi terhadap video sebagai media pembelajaran, namun belum tersedia dengan materi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan video pembelajaran bertema “Korean Daily Makeup” sebagai media pembelajaran yang layak dan praktis bagi siswa Student Day Tata Rias Kelas X di SMA Plus PGRI Cibinong. Penelitian dilaksanakan sejak Januari 2025 dengan menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan model 4D yang meliputi tahap Define, Design, Develop dan Disseminate. Tahap Define dilakukan dengan analisis kebutuhan melalui survei kepada siswa, dilanjutkan dengan tahap Design berupa perancangan konsep dan storyboard video, serta tahap validasi oleh ahli media dan ahli materi, diikuti tahap Disseminate melalui penyebaran video via Google Drive. Hasil validasi menunjukan bahwa video pembelajaran memperoleh skor 82,67% dan 74,67% dari dua ahli media dan 96% dari ahli materi. Uji praktikalitas terhadap siswa menunjukan hasil 85,5% pada uji perorangan dan 86,3% pada uji kelompok kecil. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, video pembelajaran “Korean Daily Makeup” dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran inovatif untuk pembelajaran siswa dalam materi Tata Rias Wajah Sehari-hari. ***** Grade X Students of SMA Plus PGRI Cibinong Student Day program in Beauty Class showed a strong interest from front-end analysis in learning daily facial makeup, particularly the topic of Korean Daily Makeup, and 68% of the students prefer video as a learning medium. However, learning videos with this specific content were not yet available. This study aims to develop a learning video themed “Korean Daily Makeup” as a feasible and practical learning medium for Grade X students of the Student Day Beauty Class at SMA Plus PGRI Cibinong. The research was conducted from January 2025 using a Research and Development (R&D) method with the 4D model, consisting of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. The Define stage involved a needs analysis through student surveys, followed by the Design stage which included developing the video concept and storyboard, on Develop stage validation by media experts and subject matter experts were conducted, and the Disseminate stage was carried out by distributing the video via Google Drive. The validation results showed that the learning video obtained scores of 82.67% and 74.67% from two media experts and 96% from the subject matter expert. The practicality test conducted with students resulted in 85.5% in one-to-one trials and 86.3% in small group trials. Based on these results, the Korean Daily Makeup learning video is considered highly feasible to be used as an innovative learning medium learning in the Daily Facial Makeup subject
