Abstract
Berdasarkan wawancara, observasi, dan hasil pra penelitian yang dilakukan di SDN Manggarai 03 ditemukan bahwa hasil belajar kognitif IPA peserta didik kelas IV A belum mencapai KKTP yang telah ditentukan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif IPA peserta didik kelas IV A SDN Manggarai 03 melalui penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada materi pancaindra manusia. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri atas dua siklus dengan subjek 25 peserta didik. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar pemantauan guru dan peserta didik serta tes hasil belajar peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar dari siklus I ke siklus II. Hasil tes belajar pada siklus I diperoleh persentase keberhasilan sebesar 68%. Pada siklus II diperoleh persentase keberhasilan sebesar 88%. Dengan demikian, penerapan model PBL dalam pembelajaran IPA pada materi pancaindra manusia dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IV A SDN Manggarai 03.***** Based on interviews, observations, and the results of pre-research conducted at SDN Manggarai 03, it was found that the cognitive science learning outcomes of class IV A had not yet reached the specified KKTP. Therefore, this research aims to improve the cognitive science learning outcomes of class IV A at SDN Manggarai 03 through the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model to human five senses material. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) consisting of two cycles with 25 students as subjects. The instruments used were teacher and student monitoring sheets and student learning outcome tests. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. The results of the learning test in cycle I obtained a success percentage of 68%. In cycle II, a success percentage of 88% was obtained. Thus, the application of the PBL in science learning on human five senses material can improve the learning outcomes of class IV A students at SDN Manggarai 03.
