Abstract

Silabus merupakan pedoman pembelajaran yang berperan penting dalam mengarahkan proses pembelajaran agar berjalan secara sistematis dan terstruktur. Namun, kegiatan ekstraskill tata rias di SMA Yappenda Jakarta belum memiliki silabus sebagai acuan pembelajaran sehingga pelaksanaannya belum terarah secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pedoman pembelajaran berupa silabus kegiatan ekstraskill tata rias yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik dan sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D yang meliputi tahap pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop), dan penyebaran (disseminate). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara, sedangkan uji kelayakan produk dilakukan melalui validasi oleh ahli kurikulum dan ahli materi. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa silabus yang dikembangkan memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 80% dari ahli kurikulum dan termasuk dalam kategori layak, serta dinilai layak digunakan berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa silabus kegiatan ekstraskill tata rias yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai pedoman pembelajaran untuk mendukung pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstraskill tata rias di SMA Yappenda Jakarta. ***** A syllabus is an essential learning guideline that plays an important role in directing the learning process to be systematic and well-structured. However, the extracurricular makeup activity at SMA Yappenda Jakarta has not been supported by a structured syllabus, resulting in less optimal learning implementation. This study aims to develop a learning guideline in the form of a syllabus for extracurricular makeup activities that is appropriate to the needs of students and the school. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D development model, which consists of the stages of define, design, develop, and disseminate. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and interviews, while product feasibility testing was conducted through validation by curriculum experts and subject matter experts. The validation results indicate that the developed syllabus obtained a feasibility percentage of 80% from the curriculum expert and was categorized as feasible, as well as being considered suitable for use based on the assessment of the subject matter expert. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the developed syllabus for extracurricular makeup activities is feasible to be used as a learning guideline to support the implementation of extracurricular makeup activities at SMA Yappenda Jakarta.
