Abstract

Perubahan ekspektasi angkatan kerja modern telah menempatkan isu work life balance sebagai prioritas. Terdapat banyak aspek yang mempengaruhi work life balance termasuk beban kerja dan transformasi digital. Karena itu, studi ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak transformasi digital dan beban kerja terhadap work life balance pegawai Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan (DJPK), Kementerian Keuangan. Studi ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif dan 196 pegawai DJPK sebagai unit analisis, dipilih menggunakan simple random sampling dari total populasi 400 pegawai. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan software SmartPLS 4.0 dengan metode Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasilnya menunjukkan transformasi digital berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan secara statistik pada work life balance. Sedangkan beban kerja ditemukan hasil positif serta signifikan pada work life balance. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah agar instansi merancang kebijakan terkait transformasi digital yang tak hanya menekankan kepada efisiensi, tapi juga pada kesejahteraan pegawai,serta mempertahankan sistem dukungan organisasi yang dapat mengubah persepsi beban kerja menjadi stimulus positif. ***** Changes in the expectations of the modern workforce have made work-life balance a priority. There are many aspects that influence work-life balance, including workload and digital transformation. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the impact of digital transformation and workload on the work-life balance of employees at the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK), Ministry of Finance. This study adopts a quantitative approach and uses 196 DJPK employees as the unit of analysis, selected using simple random sampling from a total population of 400 employees. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS 4.0 software with the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results show that digital transformation has a positive and statistically insignificant effect on work-life balance. Meanwhile, workload was found to have a positive and significant effect on work-life balance. The recommendation from this study is for agencies to design policies related to digital transformation that not only emphasize efficiency but also employee welfare, as well as maintaining an organizational support system that can change the perception of workload into a positive stimulus.
