Abstract
Tingginya tingkat pengangguran lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan kerja siswa masih belum sepenuhnya selaras dengan tuntutan dunia kerja yang semakin kompetitif. SMK sebagai pendidikan vokasi dituntut tidak hanya menghasilkan lulusan yang memiliki kompetensi teknis, tetapi juga kesiapan mental, sikap profesional, dan keterampilan non-teknis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perilaku kewirausahaan dan keaktifan organisasi terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa di SMKN 1 Bogor, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan desain asosiatif kausal, dengan populasi siswa kelas XI dan XII Jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis serta sampel sebanyak 136 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert lima tingkat dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS setelah melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 (<0,05), sedangkan keaktifan organisasi juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi <0,001. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0,819, yang berarti 81,9% variasi kesiapan kerja siswa dapat dijelaskan oleh perilaku kewirausahaan dan keaktifan organisasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengembangan perilaku kewirausahaan serta peningkatan keaktifan siswa dalam organisasi sekolah memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk kesiapan kerja siswa SMK agar lebih adaptif, mandiri, dan siap memasuki dunia kerja. ***** The high unemployment rate among vocational high school graduates indicates that students’ work readiness has not yet fully met the increasingly competitive demands of the labor market. As vocational education institutions, vocational high schools are expected to produce graduates who possess not only technical competencies but also mental readiness, professional attitudes, and non-technical skills. This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial behavior and organizational activeness on students’ work readiness at SMKN 1 Bogor, both partially and simultaneously. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method with a causal associative design, involving eleventh- and twelfth-grade students of the Office Management and Business Services Department, with a sample of 136 students selected through purposive random sampling. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression using SPSS after conducting validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results revealed that entrepreneurial behavior had a significant effect on students’ work readiness with a significance value of 0.001 (<0.05), while organizational activeness also showed a significant effect with a significance value of <0.001. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influenced students’ work readiness, with an R Square value of 0.819, indicating that 81.9% of the variance in work readiness could be explained by entrepreneurial behavior and organizational activeness. This study concludes that strengthening entrepreneurial behavior and enhancing students’ active participation in school organizations play a strategic role in improving vocational students’ work readiness to become more adaptive, independent, and prepared for the world of work.
