Abstract

Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka menuntut adanya kemampuan adaptasi organisasi pada satuan pendidikan, termasuk Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) sebagai lembaga pendidikan nonformal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis adaptasi organisasi Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka melalui studi kasus di SKB Negeri 23 Jakarta. Sub fokus penelitian meliputi pembentukan tim pengembang kurikulum, penyesuaian tugas dan tanggung jawab tutor, komunikasi, kolaborasi, dan budaya organisasi, serta hambatan, tantangan, dan strategi pemecahan masalah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus mandiri. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas pengelola SKB, tutor, dan peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi organisasi dilakukan melalui pembentukan tim pengembang kurikulum sesuai kompetensi, penyesuaian tugas tutor secara fleksibel, serta penguatan komunikasi dan kolaborasi yang mendukung budaya organisasi adaptif. ***** The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum requires organizational adaptation capacity in educational units, including the Learning Activity Center (State Learning Activity Center, SKB) as a non-formal education institution. This study aims to describe and analyze the organizational adaptation of the Learning Activity Center in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum through a case study at SKB State 23 Jakarta. The research sub-focuses include the formation of the curriculum development team, adjustment of teachers’/tutors’ duties and responsibilities, communication, collaboration, and organizational culture, as well as obstacles, challenges, and problem-solving strategies. This study employs a qualitative approach with a single case study method. The research subjects consist of SKB management, teachers/tutors, and students. Data were collected through in- depth interviews, observations, and document review. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with triangulation of sources and techniques to ensure validity. The findings indicate that organizational adaptation is carried out through the formation of a curriculum development team according to competencies, flexible adjustment of tutors’ duties, and strengthening of communication and collaboration to support an adaptive organizational culture.
