Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengalaman guru penggerak dan guru nonpenggerak dalam memahami, merencanakan, serta melaksanakan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di SDN Jatinegara Kaum 06. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi dengan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi, serta analisis data Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi oleh guru penggerak dan guru nonpenggerak bersifat dinamis, berkembang, dan adaptif. Guru penggerak memiliki pemahaman konseptual yang lebih baik, namun penerapannya masih bersifat situasional, sedangkan guru nonpenggerak memiliki pemahaman yang mendasar, tetapi menunjukkan perkembangan positif. Pada aspek perencanaan, modul ajar yang disusun guru menunjukkan variasi aspek diferensiasi, namun belum sepenuhnya didasarkan pada hasil asesmen diagnostik peserta didik. Dalam pelaksanaan, guru penggerak telah menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi sejak awal, sementara guru nonpenggerak menunjukkan perkembangan semakin sesuai dengan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Dengan demikian, implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada Pendidikan Pancasila bukan ditentukan oleh status guru sebagai penggerak atau nonpenggerak, melainkan dapat berkembang secara bertahap melalui pengalaman, refleksi, dan penyesuaian terhadap dinamika pembelajaran di kelas. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendampingan berkelanjutan dan penguatan asesmen diagnostik untuk mendukung pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang lebih konsisten dan optimal.*****This study aims to describe the experiences of mover teachers and nonmover teachers in understanding, planning, and implementing differentiated instruction in Pancasila Education at SDN Jatinegara Kaum 06. This study employed a qualitative phenomenological approach, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and document analysis, and data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results indicate that the implementation of differentiated instruction by mover teachers and nonmover teachers is dynamic, progressive, and adaptive. Mover teachers demonstrate a stronger conceptual understanding; however, their implementation remains situational, while nonmover teachers possess a basic understanding but show positive development. In terms of planning, the instructional modules prepared by teachers reflect variations in differentiation aspects, yet they are not fully based on the results of students’ diagnostic assessments. In classroom implementation, mover teachers have applied differentiated instruction from the outset, whereas nonmover teachers demonstrate development toward practices that increasingly align with differentiated instruction. Thus, the implementation of differentiated instruction in Pancasila Education is not determined by a teacher’s status as a mover teacher or nonmover teacher, but can develop gradually through experience, reflection, and adaptation to classroom dynamics. Therefore, continuous mentoring and strengthened diagnostic assessment are required to support more consistent and optimal differentiated instruction.
