Abstract
Media pembelajaran memiliki peranan penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media realia Rimba Aksara pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas I Sekolah Dasar. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 3 siswa pada uji coba one to one, 6 siswa pada uji coba small group evaluation, dan 12 siswa pada uji coba large group evaluation. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan angket, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan model Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media yang dikembangkan sangat layak digunakan, dengan skor validasi ahli media, materi, dan bahasa mencapai rata-rata 97,19%. Selain itu, hasil wawancara pada tahap uji coba pengguna menunjukkan bahwa siswa dapat menggunakan media Rimba Aksara dengan mudah, memahami instruksi di setiap zona, serta menunjukkan peningkatan semangat dalam melatih keterampilan menulis permulaan. This study aims to develop a realia-based learning media called Rimba Aksara for Indonesian language learning in Grade I of elementary school. The research subjects consisted of 3 students in the one-to-one trial, 6 students in the small group evaluation, and 12 students in the large group evaluation. The method used was Research and Development (R&D) employing the ADDIE model. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and questionnaires, while data analysis was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach based on the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that the developed media was highly feasible for use, as indicated by an average validation score of 97,19% from media, content, and language experts. Furthermore, interview results during the user trial stage revealed that students were able to use the Rimba Aksara media easily, understand the instructions in each zone, and demonstrate increased enthusiasm in practicing early writing skills.
