Damayanti, Meilisa. 2025. Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Keterampilan Menulis Teks Cerpen Berbasis Powtoon Pada Siswa Kelas VII SMP. Skripsi, Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia, Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan bahan ajar keterampilan menulis teks cerpen berbasis Powtoon pada siswa kelas VII SMP. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah masih banyaknya siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menulis cerpen, khususnya dalam menuangkan ide dan menyusun alur cerita secara runtut, serta keterbatasan bahan ajar yang menarik dan berbasis teknologi pada pembelajaran Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Babelan. Produk yang dikembangkan berupa video pembelajaran menulis cerpen berbasis Powtoon yang dilengkapi dengan panduan visual dalam mengembangkan ide cerita. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, angket, dan lembar validasi. Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak digunakan berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli materi dan ahli media, serta memperoleh respons positif dari siswa dan guru Bahasa Indonesia pada tahap uji coba terbatas. Dengan demikian, bahan ajar keterampilan menulis cerpen berbasis Powtoon ini dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif bahan ajar yang inovatif untuk mendukung pembelajaran menulis cerpen siswa kelas VII SMP. The Development of Powtoon-Based Teaching Materials for Short Story Writing Skills for Seventh-Grade Junior High School Students. Undergraduate Thesis, Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program, Faculty of Language and Arts, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This study aims to describe the development process of Powtoon-based teaching materials for short story writing skills for seventh-grade junior high school students. The background of this study is that many students still experience difficulties in writing short stories, particularly in expressing ideas and organizing the storyline coherently. In addition, there is a lack of attractive and technology-based teaching materials in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects of this study were seventh-grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Babelan. The developed product was a Powtoon-based learning video for short story writing, equipped with visual guidance to help students develop story ideas. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and validation sheets. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative techniques.The results of this study indicate that the developed teaching materials are considered feasible for use based on the validation results from material and media experts. Furthermore, the product received positive responses from students and Indonesian language teachers during the limited trial stage. Therefore, the Powtoon-based short story writing teaching materials can be used as an innovative alternative to support short story writing learning for seventh-grade junior high school students.
