Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan materi ajar Bahasa Mandarin jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMKN 47 Jakarta. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah belum tersedianya materi ajar yang secara khusus memuat kosakata, tata bahasa, dan teks yang relevan dengan kegiatan perkantoran. Fokus pada penelitian ini adalah kebutuhan siswa SMKN 47 Jakarta terhadap materi ajar bahasa Mandarin dengan subfokus pembelajaran bahasa Mandarin di SMKN 47 Jakarta jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran dan materi ajar bahasa Mandarin yang dibutuhkan siswa jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMKN 47 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan instrumen wawancara dan studi pustaka sebagai sumber referensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pentingnya pengembangan materi ajar bahasa Mandarin berbasis prinsip kesesuaian (materi relevan dengan konteks dunia kerja perkantoran) dan prinsip kegunaan (materi dapat langsung diterapkan dalam komunikasi sehari-hari) menurut Liu. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran bahasa Mandarin di SMK dapat lebih efektif dan mendukung kompetensi mereka dalam menghadapi dunia kerja. Kata kunci: analisis kebutuhan, materi ajar, Bahasa Mandarin, otomatisasi dan tata kelola perkantoran, SMK ***** This study aims to analyze the needs of Mandarin teaching materials for Office Management Students at SMKN 47 Jakarta. The background of this research is the unavailability of teaching materials that specifically include vocabulary, grammar, and texts relevant to office-related activities. The focus of this study is the needs of students at SMKN 47 Jakarta for Mandarin teaching materials, with sub-focuses on Mandarin language learning in the Office Management Students at SMKN 47 Jakarta and the Mandarin teaching materials required by students of the Office Management Students at SMKN 47 Jakarta. This study employs a qualitative descriptive research method, using interviews and literature review as research instruments and reference sources. The results indicate the importance of developing Mandarin teaching materials based on the principle of relevance (materials that are relevant to the context of the office working environment) and the principle of usability (materials that can be directly applied in daily communication), as proposed by Liu. Therefore, Mandarin language learning in vocational high schools can be more effective and support students’ competencies in facing the world of work.
