Abstract
Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, persepsi dukungan organisasi, dan keterikatan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI). Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini mengukur indikator kepuasan kerja untuk memberikan wawasan mendalam mengenai kondisi tersebut. Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan, walaupun pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi terhadap Keterikatan Kerja cenderung lebih rendah. Namun, Keterikatan Kerja terbukti memiliki dampak kuat terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Hipotesis-hipotesis yang diajukan terverifikasi, menegaskan kontribusi positif dan signifikan Budaya Organisasi, Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi, dan Keterikatan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, dengan Keterikatan Kerja berperan sebagai mediator penting dalam hubungan tersebut. Studi ini memberikan wawasan yang penting bagi perbaikan budaya organisasi, persepsi dukungan organisasi, dan keterikatan kerja di BRI guna meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan kinerja perbankan. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi, Keterikatan Kerja, Industri Perbankan, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI).******This study analyzes the influence of organizational culture, organizational support perception, and job engagement on employee job satisfaction at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI). Using a quantitative approach, this research measures job satisfaction indicators to provide in-depth insights into these conditions. The results of validity and reliability tests indicate that these factors have significant influence, although the impact of Organizational Culture and Organizational Support Perception on Job Engagement tends to be lower. However, Job Engagement proves to have a strong impact on Job Satisfaction. The proposed hypotheses are verified, confirming the positive and significant contributions of Organizational Culture, Organizational Support Perception, and Job Engagement to Job Satisfaction, with Job Engagement playing a crucial mediating role in these relationships. This study offers valuable insights for improving organizational culture, organizational support perception, and job engagement within BRI to enhance job satisfaction and the bank's performance.
