Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh stres pengasuhan terhadap resiliensi ibu yang memiliki anak dengan Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), serta menganalisis peran dukungan sosial sebagai variabel moderator dalam hubungan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain non-eksperimental korelasional. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 72 ibu yang memiliki anak dengan ADHD dan dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan tiga instrumen, yaitu Resilience Evaluation Scale-10 (RES-10) untuk mengukur resiliensi, Parenting Stress Scale (PSS) untuk mengukur stres pengasuhan, dan Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) untuk mengukur dukungan sosial. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi moderasi dengan bantuan PROCESS Model 1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres pengasuhan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap resiliensi ibu, sedangkan dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap resiliensi ibu. Namun demikian, dukungan sosial tidak terbukti memoderasi hubungan antara stres pengasuhan dan resiliensi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial berfungsi sebagai sumber daya adaptif yang berpengaruh langsung terhadap resiliensi, tetapi tidak secara signifikan memperkuat atau memperlemah pengaruh stres pengasuhan terhadap resiliensi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan resiliensi ibu yang memiliki anak dengan ADHD memerlukan upaya pengelolaan stres pengasuhan serta penguatan dukungan sosial sebagai sumber daya psikososial yang penting. ***** This study aims to examine the influence of parenting stress on the resilience of mothers who have children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), as well as analyze the role of social support as a moderator variable in these relationships. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational non-experimental design. The study participants totaled 72 mothers who had children with ADHD and were selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out using three instruments, namely the Resilience Evaluation Scale-10 (RES-10) to measure resilience, the Parenting Stress Scale (PSS) to measure parenting stress, and the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) to measure social support. Data analysis was carried out using moderation regression analysis with the help of PROCESS Model 1. The results showed that parenting stress had a negative and significant effect on maternal resilience, while social support had a positive and significant effect on maternal resilience. Nevertheless, social support has not been shown to moderate the relationship between parenting stress and resilience. These findings suggest that social support serves as an adaptive resource that has a direct effect on resilience, but does not significantly reinforce or weaken the influence of parenting stress on resilience. The conclusion of this study confirms that increasing the resilience of mothers who have children with ADHD requires efforts to manage parenting stress and strengthen social support as an important psychosocial resource.
