Abstract
***** This study examines the influence of using an integrated fintech and logistics-based Digital Supply Chain (DSC) platform and Financial Self-Efficacy (FSE) on MSME Business Sustainability, with Digital Literacy (DL) as a moderating variable. The study is motivated by the rapid digitalisation of Indonesian MSMEs, which still face challenges in integrating payment systems, logistics, and digital financial readiness, making it important to test the determinants of business sustainability empirically. An explanatory quantitative approach was employed using a Likert-scale questionnaire survey. The population consisted of e-commerce MSME actors in the Jabodetabek region, with a sample of 408 respondents determined using the Taro Yamane formula and selected through proportional stratified random sampling. Data were analysed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results show that DSC has a positive and significant effect on MSME business sustainability (β = 0.295; t = 5.029; p < 0.001) and serves as the strongest predictor in the model. FSE also has a positive and significant effect on MSME business sustainability (β = 0.256; t = 4.437; p < 0.001). Digital literacy was found to positively and significantly moderate the effect of DSC on MSME business sustainability (β = 0.130; t = 2.210; p = 0.027), but it did not significantly moderate the effect of FSE on MSME business sustainability (β = -0.038; t = 0.601; p = 0.548). The research model explains 28.6% of the variance (Adjusted R² = 0.2860) with a good model fit (SRMR = 0.032). These findings confirm that the integration of digital supply chain platforms and the financial confidence of business owners constitute a crucial foundation for MSME sustainability, yielding optimal results when supported by adequate digital literacy. This study offers implications for MSME owners, designers of fintech and logistics platforms, and policymakers in formulating strategies for sustainable MSME digital transformation.
