Abstract

ABSTRAK Pegawai merupakan sumber keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan (sustainable). Profesionalitas pegawai merupakan kebutuhan yang mendasar saat ini bagi suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepemimpinan transformasional, self-efficacy, kompetensi, komitmen kerja terhadap profesionalitas pegawai Dinas Kelaikan Material TNI Angkatan Laut (DISLAIKMATAL). Selain itu untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan masing-masing variable baik langsung maupun tidak langsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis Jalur (path analysis). Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Kelaikan Material TNI Angkatan Laut (DISLAIKMATAL) sejumlah 180 pegawai, dengan sampel sebanyak 124 Pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan koefisien jalur dari beberapa variabel yang berkaitan dengan profesionalitas diantaranya komitmen kerja, kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompetensi. Novelty dalam penelitian ini adalah pembentukan profesionalitas pegawai Dislaikmatal didominasi oleh variabel komitmen kerja, dimana di temukan dalam komitmen kerja memiliki kesamaan yaitu jiwa korsa dengan jiwa korsa tersebut pegawai menjalankan tugas sebaik mungkin. ****** ABSTRACT Employees are a source of sustainable competitive advantage. Professionalism of employees is a fundamental requirement today for an organization. This study aims to analyze transformational leadership, self-efficacy, competence, work commitment and professionalism of the employee Indonesia sea worthiness services (DISLAIKMATAL). In addition to knowing whether there is a relationship between each variable, directly or indirectly. This research uses a quantitative method with a path analysis approach. The population of this research is employee at Indonesia sea worthiness services (DISLAIKMATAL) number of employees 180 with a sample of 124 employees. Data collection techniques using instruments in the form of a questionnaire. The results showed the magnitude of the path coefficient of several variables related to the professionalism of the employee at sea worthiness service of the Indonesian Navvy (DISLAIKMATAL) as follows; work commitment, transformational leadership and competence. Novelty in this study is the formation of Dislaikmatal employee professionalism is dominated by work commitment variables, which are found in work commitments to have in common namely the jiwa korsa with the jiwa korsa the employee performs the task as best he can.
