Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan pelatih, kerjasama tim, dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja atlet PORDA kota Depok. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif, yang dilakukan di Komite Olahraga Nasional (KONI) Depok. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang melibatkan 203 sampel responden atlet Pekan Olahraga Darah (PORDA) Komite Olahraga Nasional Depok. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Data kemudian diuji melalui uji normalitas galat taksiran, uji linieritas dan uji signifikansi. Selanjutnya dianalisis dan dilakukan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis jalur. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi: (1) analisa data secara diskriptif, (2) uji persyaratan, (3) analisis data secara inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan pelatih tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung signifikan pada kinerja atlet. (2) Kepemimpinan pelatih tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung signifikan pada motivasi berprestasi. (3) Kepemimpinan pelatih memiliki pengaruh langsung signifikan pada kerjasama tim. (4) Kerjasama tim berpengaruh langsung signifikan pada motivasi berprestasi. (5) Kerjasama tim memiliki pengaruh langsung signifikan pada kinerja atlet. (6) Motivasi berprestasi memiliki pengaruh langsung signifikan pada kinerja atlet. (7) Kepemimpinan pelatih tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan tidak langsung pada kinerja atlet melalui motivasi prestasi. (8) Kepemimpinan pelatih memiliki pengaruh signifikan tidak langsung pada kinerja atlet melalui kerja tim. (9) Kepemimpinan pelatih memiliki pengaruh signifikan tidak langsung pada kinerja atlet melalui kerja tim dan motivasi prestasi. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini memiliki potensi untuk berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang hal-hal yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja atlet; yang terdiri dari implikasi teoretis, implikasi penelitian, implikasi kebijakan, dan implikasi praktis. Dari beberapa jurnal sebelumnya, penelitian tentang objek yang diteliti, hanya meneliti atlet dalam satu olahraga. Sedangkan dalam penelitian ini objek penelitiannya adalah dalam beberapa cabang olahraga. *********** The objective of this research was to examine and analyze the effect of coach leadership, teamwork, and achievement motivation on the performance of Depok city’ athletes. It was a quantitative research with associative approach, conducted at Depok National Sports Committee (KONI). The data were collected through questionnaire involving 203 samples of respondent of athletes and coach among Depok National Sports Committee. Data collection techniques carried out in this study were using questionnaire instruments. The items were derived from such variables (coaching leadership, teamwork, achievement motivation, and athlete’s performance) using a likert scale which is used to allow the individuals to choose an answer in order to expressing how much they agree or disagree in such statement. The data analysis and interpretation indicates that: (1) Coach’ leadership has no direct effect on athletes’ performance. (2) Coach’ leadership has no direct effect on achievement motivation. (3) Coach’ leadership has direct effect on teamwork. (4) Teamwork has direct effect on achievement motivation. (5) Teamwork has direct effect on athletes’ performance. (6) Achievement motivation has direct effect on athletes’ performance. (7) Coach’ leadership has no indirect effect on athletes’ performance through achievement motivation. (8) Coach’ leadership has an indirect effect on athletes’ performance through teamwork. (9) Coach’ leadership has an indirect effect on athletes’ performance through teamwork and achievement motivation.The implications in this study have the potential to contribute to a deeper understanding of things that can affect athlete performance; which consists of theoretical implications, research implications, policy implications, and practical implications.From several previous journals, research on the object under study, namely athletes is still relatively small. Even if there is, it only examines athletes in one sport. While in this study the object of his research was in many sports.
