Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi program Praktik Keterampilan Mengajar (PKM) oleh Pusat Program Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Fokus penelitian ini adalah evaluasi pelaksanaan PKM di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial. Secara khusus tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan PKM dari tahun 2013 hingga 2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan model CIPP dari Stufflebeam. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian evaluasi program tahun 2013, Pusat PPL/PKL masih merupakan salah satu Unit Pelaksana Teknis di UNJ. Berhasil melakukan pelatihan bagaimana menggunakan Alat Penilaian Kemampuan Guru (APKG), melibatkan Dosen UNJ dan guru-guru di sekolah mitra. Tahun 2014, terjadi pergantian Kepala Pusat PPL/PKL. Selain itu, UPT PPL di bawah Lembaga Pengembangan Pendidikan (LPP). Tahun 2015, LPP melakukan delapan kegiatan yang secara tidak langsung meningkatkan kompetensi dosen-dosen PKM. Adapun pada 2016, tradisi yang sudah dilakukan pada tahun sebelumnya dilanjutkan, yaitu 11 kegiatan yang ditawarkan demi peningkatan kompetensi dosen PKM. **************** The purpose of this study is to evaluate Teaching Skills Practice (PKM)’s program by Field Experience Center (Pusat PPL/PKL) of Jakarta State University (UNJ). The focus of this research is the evaluation of the implementation of PKM’s in the Faculty of Social Sciences. The main goal is to find out the description of the implementation of PKM from 2013 to 2016. This study is a qualitative study using the CIPP evaluation model from Stufflebeam. The data was collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. Research results that in 2013, Pusat PPL/PKL wasstill part of Technical Service Unit (UPT) in UNJ. In this academic year, Pusat PPL/PKL also made some training for the PKM’s supervisors (lecturers) and the teachers in partnered school about the Assessment’s InstrumentofTeacher’s Competence (APKG). In2014, there was some replacement of the Head of Pusat PPL/PKL. UPT PPL was being part of Educational Development Institution (LPP). In 2015, LPP have made eight activities for the PKM’s supervisors to improve their competences. In 2016, the tradition continued. There was eleven activities thatLPP offered for the PKM’s supervisors to improve their skills assessing the apprentice teacher.
