Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of student work placement programs in LP3I Polytechnic Jakarta with the aim of knowing the level of achievement of the program, program weaknesses and program continuation. This research method is descriptive qualitative using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, and Product) and the Kirk Patrick evaluation model, namely behavioral evaluation and impact evaluation. The purpose of this combination is to measure the overall achievement of the student work placement program and the impact of this implementation on both: The data collected are primary data and secondary data, obtained through interviews, observations, document studies and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate: 1) The foundation of the work placement program policy (context evaluation) gets a high category, (2) Work placement program planning (Input) gets a moderate category (2), 3) The process of implementing a work placement program (Prosses) , get a moderate / moderate category, 4) Achieve the results of the work placement program (Product) get a moderate category, (5) Change in student work behavior (behavior), get a moderate / moderate category, (6) Results or Impacts obtained by the company ( Result), get a high category. The overall evaluation results get a moderate category, meaning that the work placement program is very feasible to continue and develop. ************************* Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program penempatan kerja mahasiswa di Politeknik LP3I Jakarta dengan tujuan mengetahui tingkat ketercapain program, kelemahan program dan kelanjutan program. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP ( Context, Input, Process, dan Product ) dan Model evaluasi Kirk Patrick yaitu evaluasi perilaku dan evaluasi dampak. Tujuan dari kombinasi ini adalah untuk mengukur pencapaian keseluruhan dari program penempatan kerja mahasiswa dan dampak implementasi ini dari keduanya: Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer dan data sekunder, didapatkan melalui wawancara, observasi, studi dokumen dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini, menunujukan: 1) Landasan kebijakaan program penempatan kerja (evaluasi konteks) mendapatkan ketegori tinggi,(2) Perencanaan program penempatan kerja (Input) mendapatkan kategori sedang/moderat (2), 3) Proses pelaksanaan program penempatan kerja (Prosses), mendapatkan kategori sedang/moderat, 4) Capain hasil program Penempatan kerja (Product) mendapatkan kategori sedang/moderat, (5) Perubahan perilaku kerja mahasiswa (behavior), mendapatkan kategori sedang/moderat, (6) Hasil atau Dampak yang diperoleh perusahaan (Result), mendapatkan kategori tinggi. Hasil evaluasi secara keseluruhan mendapatkan kategori sedang/moderat, artinya program penempatan kerja sangat layak dilanjutkan dan dikembangkan. Kata kunci: Program Penempatan Kerja, Model Evaluasi CIPP, Model Evaluasi Kirk Patrick.
