Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Kualitas Kehidupan kerja dan Deteriminasi Diri terhadap Keterikatan Kerja pada karyawan PT. ALTERRA GROUP. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 4 bulan terhitung dari Januari 2020 sampai dengan April 2020, Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh anggota karyawan PT. ALTERRA GROUP. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 80 orang karyawan dengan Teknik acak proposional. Data variabel Y (Keterikatan Kerja), X1 (Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja), X2 (Determinasi Diri). Merupakan data primer debgab menggunakan model skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS 25.0. dengan hasil uji F dalam tabel ANOVA menghasilkan F hitung (14,146) > F tabel (3,11), hal ini berarti secara serentak X1 dan X2 berpengaruh terhadap Y. Uji t menghasilkan t hitung X1 (3,010) > t tabel (1,6648), dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja terhadap Keterikatan Kerja. Kemudian, t hitung X2 (3,726)> t tabel (1,6648), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Determinasi Diri terhadap Keterikatan Kerja. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data didapatkan memiliki persamaan regresi berganda Ŷ = 14,541 + 0,193 X1 + 0,345 X2. Uji koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,269 yang berarti Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja (X1) dan Determinasi Diri (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Keterikatan kerja (Y) sebesar 26,9%. ALTERRA GROUP. This research was conducted for 4 months from January 2020 to April 2020, the research method used was the survey method. The study population was all members of the employees of PT. ALTERRA GROUP. The sample used in this study was 80 employees with a proportional random technique. Data variable Y (Work Engagement), X1 (Quality of Work Life), X2 (Self Determination). It is primary data using a Likert scale model. Data analysis techniques using SPSS 25.0. with the F test results in the ANOVA table produces F arithmetic (14,146)> F table (3,11), this means simultaneously X1 and X2 affect the Y. T-test produces t arithmetic X1 (3,010)> t table (1,6648 ), it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the Quality of Work Life on Work Engagement. Then, t count X2 (3,726)> t table (1,6648), it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between Self-Determination of Work Engagement. Based on the results of data analysis, it is found to have multiple regression equations Ŷ = 14.541 + 0.193 X1 + 0.345 X2. Test the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.269 which means Quality of Work Life (X1) and Self-Determination (X2) affect work engagement (Y) of 26.9%.
