Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Deskripsi budaya organisasi dan etika kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada anggota Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam Cabang Jakarta Raya, (2) Pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi pada anggota Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam Cabang Jakarta Raya, (3) Pengaruh etika kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada anggota Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam Cabang Jakarta Raya. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel sebanyak 154 anggota Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam Cabang Jakarta Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan explanatory. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada anggota Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam Cabang Jakarta Raya, (2) Etika kerja memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada anggota Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam Cabang Jakarta Raya. Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Etika Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi ************* ABSTRACT The purpose of this reserch is to learn about: (1) Description of organizational culture and work ethic through organizational commitment on member of Himpunan Mahasiswa Islams Jakarta Raya Embrachments, (2) The influence of organizational culture ethic through organizational commitment on member of Himpunan Mahasiswa Islams Jakarta Raya Embrachments, (3) The influence of work ethic ethic through organizational commitment on member of Himpunan Mahasiswa Islams Jakarta Raya Embrachments. This research took 154 sample from member of Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam Jakarta Raya Embrachments. This research uses descriptive and explantory analysis. The result of this study show that: (1) Organizational culture had influence and significant through organizational commitment on member of Himpunan Mahasiswa Islams Jakarta Raya Embrachments, (2) Work ethic had influence and significant through organizational commitment on member of Himpunan Mahasiswa Islams Jakarta Raya Embrachments.
