Abstract

ABSTRAK DESI MEUTIARA WILHELMINA. 2020. 1703517050. Analisis Penerapan Standar Kesehatan dan Keselamatan pada Ruangan Kantor PT Lentera Duasatu Propertindo. Program Studi DIII Administrasi Perkantoran. Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Karya Ilmiah ini merupakan suatu media dalam memperkenalkan standar kesehatan dan keselamatan yang sesuai standar pada penerapan ruang kantor yang efektif sebagai solusi dalam mengatasi pengelolaan standar kesehatan dan keselamatan pada PT Lentera Duasatu Propertindo. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan karya ilmiah ini merupakan analisis deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan berbagai data melalui tinjauan studi pustaka, observasi dan praktik. Dari hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa penerapan standar kesehatan dan keselamatan kantor ini berperan penting terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan diperlukan beberapa hal, salah satunya adalah kesehatan dan keselamatan pekerja yang sesuai dengan standar. Penataan ruang kantor yang memenuhi standar K3 tentunya memberikan banyak manfaat seperti kemudahan dan kenyamanan dalam bekerja, menjamin efisiensi dari kerja yang ada, meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan, dan mengantisipasi pengembangan organisasi di masa depan dengan melakukan perencanaan tata ruang yang fleksibel. Analysis Of The Implementation Of Occupational Health and Safety Standards In The Office Space Lentera Duasatu Propertindo Company. D-III Office Administration Study Program. Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This scientific work is a medium to introduce the health and safety standards in the implementation of effective office space as a solution in addressing the management of health and safety standards in the company Lantern Duasatu Propertindo. The method used in the manufacture of scientific works is a descriptive analysis with the method of collecting various data through library study review, observation and practice. From the results of the analysis can be noted that the implementation of health and safety standards of this office plays an important role in employee performance. In improving employee performance it takes several things, one of which is the health and safety of workers that comply with the standards. The arrangement of office space that meets occupational health and safety standards certainly provides many benefits such as ease and convenience in working, ensuring the efficiency of existing work and improving employee productivity.
