Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan wisatawan dan mengetahui indeks kepuasan wisatawan terhadap penerapan Sapta Pesona di Perkampungan Budaya Betawi Srengseng Sawah Jakarta Selatan. Analisis tersebut dapat memudahkan Unit Pengelola Kawasan Perkampungan Budaya Betawi dalam upaya pengembangan dan evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Data primer diperoleh melalui pengisian angket dengan 33 item pertanyaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat lima item yang dianggap sangat penting oleh wisatawan diantaranya adalah: (1) Keamanan dari tindakan pemalakan (termasuk kejelasan biaya retribusi atau biaya masuk dan pengamen), (2) Keberadaan papan petunjuk informasi, (3) Kebersihan kantin atau tempat makan, (4) kebersihan lingkungan di dalam kawasan dan (5) kesehatan sajian makanan dan minuman yang dijajakan. Hal itu ditunjukkan dalam kuadran I diagram Kartesius. Tingkat kepuasan wisatawan yang dihasilkan secara keseluruhan sebesar 88%. Nilai tersebut berada pada interval 81% - 100% yang berarti wisatawan merasa “Sangat Puas” terhadap penerapan Sapta Pesona di Perkampungan Budaya Betawi Srengseng Sawah Jakarta Selatan. This study aims to analyze the level of tourist satisfaction and find out the tourist satisfaction index on the application of Sapta Pesona in Betawi Cultural Village Srengseng Sawah, South Jakarta. The analysis can facilitate the Betawi Cultural Village Management Unit in developing and evaluating. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) analysis techniques. Primary data obtained through filling out a questionnaire with 33 question items. Based on the results of the study, there are five items that are considered very important by tourists including: (1) Security from illegal logging (including clarity of fees or entrance fees and buskers), (2) The existence of information signboards, (3) Canteen or site hygiene food, (4) cleanliness of the environment in the area and (5) health of the food and beverage offerings being sold. This is shown in quadrant I of the Cartesian diagram. The level of tourist satisfaction generated overall by 88%. This value is at an interval of 81% - 100% which means that tourists feel "Very Satisfied" with the application of Sapta Enchantment in the Betawi Cultural Village of Srengseng Sawah, South Jakarta.
