Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara keterampilan mengajar guru, fasilitas belajar, dan teman sebaya terhadap minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini membutuhkan waktu selama 6 bulan terhitung dari bulan Februari 2020 sampai dengan Juli 2020. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Populasi terjangkau pada penelitian ini berjumlah 488 siswa dengan sampel sebanyak 202 siswa. Sampel tersebut mengacu pada tabel Isaac dan Michael dengan teknik pemilihan sampling menggunakan proportional random sampling. Variabel Minat Belajar (Y), Keterampilan Mengajar Guru (X1), Fasilitas Belajar (X2), Teman Sebaya (X3) merupakan data primer yang didapat dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu, pertama uji persyaratan analisis yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Hasil uji normalitas 0,200. Hasil uji linearitas nilai Deviation of Linearity Keterampilan Mengajar Guru 0,505, Fasilitas Belajar 0,357, dan Teman Sebaya 0,340. Hasil uji multikolinearitas untuk nilai Tolerance Keterampilan Mengajar Guru 0,758 > 0,1 dan nilai VIF sebesar 1,319 < 10, Fasilitas Belajar 0,715 > 0,1 dan nilai VIF 1,398, Teman Sebaya 0,911 > 0,1 dan nilai VIF 1,098 < 10. Hasil uji heteroskedastisitas untuk Keterampilan Mengajar Guru sebesar 0,939 > 0,05, Fasilitas belajar sebesar 0,652> 0,05, dan Teman sebaya 0,916>0,05. Ketiga uji regresi linear berganda dengan hasil persamaan Ŷ = 1,184+ 0,388X1 + 0,127X2+0,305X3. Keempat uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji F dan uji t. Hasil uji F dalam tabel ANOVA yaitu F-hitung 108,095 > F-tabel 2,65. Hal ini berarti terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara Keterampilan Mengajar Guru, Fasilitas belajar, Teman sebaya terhadap minat belajar.. Hasil uji t untuk Keterampilan Mengajar Guru adalah t hitung 10,296> t tabel 1,972, Fasilitas belajar 3,283> t tabel 1,972 dan Teman Sebaya t hitung 10,349 > ttabel 1,972. Hal tersebut berarti terdapat pengaruh positif Keterampilan Mengajar Guru terhadap Minat Belajar, terdapat pengaruh positif Fasilitas Belajar terhadap Minat Belajar, terdapat pengaruh positif Teman sebaya terhadap Minat Belajar. Kelima analisis koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan hasil sebesar 0,621 yang bermakna 62% variabilitas variabel Minat Belajar dapat dijelaskan oleh Keterampilan Mengajar Guru, Fasilitas belajar, Teman sebaya. Sedangkan sisanya 38% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the teaching skills of teachers, learning facilities, and peers on student learning interests. This research takes 6 months from February 2020 to July 2020. In this study, the method used is the survey method. Affordable population in this study amounted to 488 students with a sample of 202 students. The sample refers to the Isaac and Michael tables with sampling selection techniques using proportional random sampling. Data is collected using a questionnaire method with a Likert scale. Learning Interest Variables (Y), Teacher Teaching Skills (X1), Learning Facilities (X2), Peers (X3) are the primary data obtained from the results of the distribution of research questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is, first, the analysis requirements test consisting of normality and linearity tests. Normality test results are 0.200. Linearity test results of the value of the Deviation of Linearity Teacher Teaching Skills 0, 505, Learning Facilities 0.357, and Peers 0.340. The two classic assumption tests consist of multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests. Multicollinearity test results for Teacher Teaching Skills Tolerance value 0.758> 0.1 and VIF value of 1.319 <10, Learning Facilities 0.715> 0.1 and VIF value of 1.398, Peers 0.911> 0.1 and VIF value of 1.098<10. Test results heteroscedasticity for Teacher's Teaching Skills of 0.939> 0.05, Learning facilities of 0.652> 0.05, and Peers 0.916> 0.05. The three multiple linear regression tests with the results of the equation Ŷ = 1,184 + 0.388X1 + 0.127X2 + 0.305X3. The four hypothesis tests consisted of the F test and t test. F test results in the ANOVA table are F-count 108,095> F-table 2.65. This means that there is a joint influence between Teachers' Teaching Skills, Learning Facilities, Peers to interest in learning. The results of the t test for Teacher's Teaching Skills are t count 10.296> t table 1.972, Learning facilities 3,283> t table 1.972 and Peers t count 10.349<t table 1.972. This means that there is a positive effect on Teacher Teaching Skills on Learning Interest, there is a positive effect on Learning Facilities on Learning Interest, there is a positive effect on Peers on Learning Interest. The fifth analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) with a result of 0.621, which means 62% of the variability of variables Learning Interest can be explained by Teacher Teaching Skills, Learning Facilities, Peers. While the remaining 38% is influenced by other variables not examined.
