Abstract

Karya ilmiah ini ditulis dengan tujuan mengetahui pelaksanaan Work from home (WFH) pada Biro Sumber Daya Manusia dan Organisasi (SDMO) Kemenparekraf. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode deskriptif analasis dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan studi pustaka. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, pelaksanaan work from home dan komunikasi pada Biro Sumber Daya Manusia dan Organisasi (SDMO) Kemenparekraf belum efektif. Karena masih terdapat beberapa kendala yang terjadi. Solusi yang dapat diberikan adalah memperjelas kebijakan dasar dalam pelaksanaan work from home. Kata Kunci : Work from home, Bekerja jarak jauh This scientific paper was written with the aim of knowing the implementation of Work from home (WFH) at the Bureau of Human Resources and Organizations (SDMO) of Kemenparekraf. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method with data collection methods through observation and literature study. Based on the research conducted, the implementation of work from home and communication at the Bureau of Human Resources and Organizations (SDMO) of Kemenparekraf has not been effective. Because there are still some obstacles that occur. The solution that can be given is to clarify the basic policies in the implementation of work from home. Keywords: Work from home, Telecommuting
