Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh hasil pengamatan penulis di lapangan, mengenai Kompetensi Guru Pendidikan Jasmani. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Profilkompetensi se- Kecamatan Duren Sawit Jakarta. Diharapkan Guru di Kecamatan Duren Sawit Memenuhi syarat dengan Kompetensi yang baik Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 32 guru pendidikan jasmani dari 16 sekolah negeri se-Kecamatan Duren Sawit. Dilakukan pengambilan sampel dari jumlah populasi, dengan menggunakan total sampling. Didapatkan sampel yang berjumlah 32 guru penjas,di 16 sekolah menengah pertama negeri di kecamatan Duren Sawit . instrumen berupa kuisioner dengan jumlah 41 soal kemudian diberikan kepada guru penjas . Rata-rata guru pendidikan jasmani memiliki pengetahuan ilmiah dan teoritis (tinggi) sebanyak 11 orang (34,4%), (sedang) sebanyak 20 orang (62,5%) dan (rendah) sebanyak 1 orang (3,1%) jumlah ilmiah dan teoritis (sedang) lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan yang memiliki pengetahuan ilmiah dan teoritis (tinggi). Jumlah guru pendidikan jasmani yang memiliki keterampilan gerak dan kesehatan seimbang antara yang memiliki keterampilan (tinggi) sebanyak 15 orang (46,9%) maupun (sedang) sebanyak 15 orang (46,9%). Jumlah guru pendidikan jasmani yang memiliki perencanaan dan pelaksanaan seimbang antara yang memiliki keterampilan (tinggi) sebanyak 15 orang (46,9%) maupun (sedang) sebanyak 15 orang (46,9%). Rata-rata guru pendidikan jasmani memiliki kemampuan instruksional dan manajemen (sedang) sebanyak 17 orang (53,1%) dan (tinggi) sebanyak 14 ii orang (43,8), jumlah yang memiliki kemampuan instruksiaonal dan manajemen (sedang) lebih tinggi dibandingkan yang memiliki instruksional dan manajemen (tinggi). Rata-rata guru pendidikan jasmani sudah dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi siswa.karena (tinggi) sebanyak 13 orang (40,6%) dan (sedang) sebanyak 17 orang (53,1%), Rata-rata guru pendidikan jasmani sudah memiliki tingkat profesionalisme (sedang) sebanyak 21 orang (65,6%). Jadi, rata-rata profil kompetensi guru pendidikan jasmani di kecamatan Duren Sawit Jakarta Timur sudah sesuai dengan kompetensi guru pendidikan jasmani (tinggi) sebanyak 18 orang (56,%) This research while belakangi by the result of the observation writer in the field , about competence of teachers physical education .For it , research aims to understand profilkompetensi se- duren sawit sub-district jakarta .Expected teachers in duren sawit sub-district qualified with competence good methods used is the method research total of sampling with the sample of the 32 physical education teachers of 16 public schools sub district duren sawit Performed the samples from a population, using a total of sampling.Obtained samples were 32 teachers penjas, in 16 the state junior high school in duren sawit. An instrument of kuisioner of 41 about later given to the teacher penjas. The average physical education teachers having scientific knowledge and theoretical ( high as 11 people ( 34.4 % ), when ) about 20 people ( 62.5 % ) and ( low as one ( 3.1 % ) the number of scientific and theoretical when ) more than who has knowledge scientific and theoretical ( high ).The number of physical education teachers who had the skills of motion and health balance between who had the skills ( high ) from 15 people ( 46,9 % ) and when ) from 15 people ( 46,9 % ). The total number of teachers physical education having the planning and implementation of balance between who had the skills ( high ) from 15 people ( 46,9 % ) and when ) from 15 people ( 46,9 % ) .The average physical education teachers have the ability instructional and management when ) seventeen ( 53.1 % ) and ( high ) the 14 ( 43,8 ) , the number of with the ability instruksiaonal and management when ) higher than having instructional and management ( high ) . The average physical education teachers are already able to have a positive impact on siswa.karena ( high as 13 people ( 40.6 % ) and when ) seventeen ( 53.1 % ) , the average physical education teachers have to have a professional when as 21 people ( 65.6 % ) .So , the average profile competence of teachers physical education in duren sawit sub-district east jakarta is in line with competence physical education teachers ( high as 18 people ( 56 , % )
