Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada dosen dan karyawan universitas di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 484 responden dengan menggunakan cluster random sampling. Dengan populasi yang berbeda di wilayah Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, dan Bekasi pada universitas. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari alat ukur Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Scale yang dibangun oleh Organ, dikembangkan oleh Podsakoff, MacKenzie, Moorman, & Fetter, dan Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) oleh Spector. Uji analisis statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian ini adalah uji analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunujukkan nilai F hitung = 17.432 pada dosen, nilai F hitung = 28.187 pada karyawan dan nilai p = 0,000, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada dosen dan karyawan universitas di Jabodetabek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai koefisien determinan (R square) pada dosen = 0,078 artinya pengaruh kepuasan kerja sebesar 7,8% terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada dosen universitas di Jabodetabek. Nilai koefisien determinan (R square) pada karyawan = 0,093 artinya pengaruh kepuasan kerja sebesar 9,3% terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan universitas di Jabodetabek. The goal in this research is to examine the impact of job satisfaction in organizational citizenship behavior lecturers and employees university in Jabodetabek. This research is using quantitative methods. The total participants is 484 with using cluster random sampling technique with population at Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi in university. This research is using questionnaire consists of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Scale which is built by Organ, developed by Podsakoff, MacKenzie, Moorman, & Fetter, and Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) from Spector. The statistical analysis that used to test the hypothesis of this research is simple linear regression. The results showed that F value = 17,432 to the lecturer, F value = 28,187 to the employees, and p value = 0,000, that means there is a significant impact of job satisfaction with organizational citizenship behavior lecturers and employees university in Jabodetabek. The result showed the value of determinant coefficient (R square) for lecturer = 0,078, that means the impact of job satisfaction is 7,8% with organizational citizenship behavior lecturers university in Jabodetabek. The value of determinant coefficient (R square) for employees = 0,093, that means the impact of job satisfaction is 9,3% with organizational citizenship behavior employees university in Jabodetabek.
