Abstract

Abstrak dalam bahasa Indonesia: Banyaknya perangkat pembelajaran yang tersebar di situs internet membuat guru kesulitan mencari perangkat pembelajaran yang sesuai. Kesulitan guru dalam menemukan perangkat pembelajaran ini dikarenakan belum adanya sistem repositori yang menyediakan perangkat pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kemampuan sekolah. Guru harus teliti dalam memilih materi yang tersebar di internet, akibatnya guru pun kesulitan menemukan bahan ajar yang terpercaya dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Untuk membantu kesulitan guru dalam memenuhi perangkat pembelajaran, dibutuhkan sebuah sistem repositori yang dikhususkan bagi guru. Maka untuk membangun sebuah sistem perangkat lunak harus melalui proses rekayasa yang melibatkan beberapa tahapan untuk memastikan aplikasi tersebut bekerja dengan baik bagi pengguna, diantaranya adalah analisis, desain, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Diperlukan pendekatan secara khusus terhadap guru sebagai user agar sistem yang akan dikembangkan sesuai dengan karakteristik, kebutuhan, serta kebiasaan guru dengan user research. User research merupakan tahapan dalam konsep user centered design dimana pengembangan perangkat lunak selalu berinduk kepada karakteristik user. Salah satu tahapan dalam user research adalah menentukan profil pengguna. Profil pengguna didapatkan dengan menentukan user persona. Setelah user persona didapatkan, penelitian akan dilanjutkan dengan tahap analisis sehingga bisa lebih memahami secara detail karakteristik serta kebutuhan guru sebagai user pada sistem repositori perangkat pembelajaran yang selanjutnya dapat digunakan menjadi dasar pengembangan sistem pemenuhan perangkat pembelajaran bagi guru. Penelitian ini menghasilkan tiga user persona yang mewakili dari beberapa karakter, sehingga pengembangan sistem repositori perangkat pembelajaran bisa mengacu pada karakter yang telah didapat. Kata kunci: Perangkat Pembelajaran, Sistem Repositori, User Research, User Persona Abstrak dalam bahasa Inggris: Many learning media that are spread on internet sites make it difficult for teachers to find appropriate learning media. The difficulty of teachers in finding learning media is due to the absence of a repository system that provides learning media that are in accordance with the needs and abilities of schools. Teachers must be careful in choosing the material that is spread on the internet, the teachers who produce it also have difficulty finding teaching materials that are reliable and in accordance with needs. To help teacher problems in supporting learning media, we need a repository system specifically for teachers. So to build a software system must go through an engineering process that involves several processes to build this application for users, discuss the analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation. Required specifically for teachers as users so that the system to be developed is in accordance with the characteristics, needs, and habits of teachers with user research. User research is a stage in user-centered design concepts where software development is always based on user characteristics. One of the stages in user research is determining user profiles. User profiles are obtained by determining the user's persona. After the user has obtained, the research will be continued with an analysis that can be made more about the detailed characteristics and needs of teachers as users of the learning device repository system which can then be used as the basis for developing a learning media fulfillment system for teachers. This research resulted in three user persona representing several characters so that the development of a learning media repository system can refer to the characters that have been obtained.
