Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis kebutuhan terhadap Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) mata kuliah Istima' 1 Berdasarkan Teori Ahmad Rusydi Thuaimah Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab Universitas Negeri Jakarta; Mengetahui Pengembangan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) mata kuliah Istima' 1 Berdasarkan Teori Ahmad Rusydi Thuaimah Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab Universitas Negeri Jakarta; Mengetahui Respon dan Evaluasi dari ahli terhadap Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) mata kuliah Istima' 1 Berdasarkan Teori Ahmad Rusydi Thuaimah Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengembangan berdasarkan Model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), Peneliti membatasi langkah metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan langkah: (1) Analisis (Analyze), Analisis kebutuhan dari Dosen dan Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab terhadap Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) mata kuliah Istima' 1 Berdasarkan Teori Ahmad Rusydi Thuaimah, (2) Desain (Design) dan Pengembangan (Development), peneliti mengumpulkan bahan materi terkait Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) mata kuliah Istima' 1 Berdasarkan Teori Ahmad Rusydi Thuaimah dan peneliti menentukan Standar kompetensi dari model bahan ajar yang dikembangkan. (3) Penilaian terhadap Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) mata kuliah Istima' 1 Berdasarkan Teori Ahmad Rusydi Thuaimah yang dilakukan oleh ahli review. Berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan yang dikumpulkan dari data sejumlah 73 orang diperoleh, indeks kebutuhan terhadap Rencana Pembelajaran Semester Istima' 1 berdasarkan Teori Ahmad Rusydi Thuaimah adalah 4,66 (dengan skala 1-5) dengan diperoleh angka 4,66 maka RPS mata kuliah Istima' 1 Berdasarkan Teori Ahmad Rusydi Thuaimah sangat dibutuhkan. Berdasarkan analisis data teori Ahmad Rusydi Thuaimah mengenai Pembelajaran menyimak diperoleh deskripsi mata kuliah Istima' 1 yaitu bertujuan agar mahasiswa memiliki kemampuan menyimak dasar yang baik dan mampu mengetahui perbedaan jelas antara bahasa Pertama yang ia miliki dengan bahasa Arab. Mata kuliah ini mencakup : Mengetahui dan membandingkan di antara bunyi bahasa Arab dengan perbedaan yang jelas, Memahami setiap kata pembicaraan yang disampaikan dengan bahasa Arab dengan ritme normal, Menghormati orang yang diajak berbicara dengan penuh pertimbangan dan penghargaan, Memilah antara pikiran utama dengan pikiran pelengkap, Mengetahui vokal panjang dan pendek serta perbedaan keduanya, Mengetahui konsonan rangkap dan tanwin serta perbedaan keduanya, Memahami hubungan bahasa lisan dan tulisan, Membedakan bunyi dari artikulasi yang berdekatan serta bunyi yang mirip, Mengetahui persaman dan perbedaan suara kata bahasa Arab dan bahasa pertama, dan Menyimak dan memahami bahasa Arab tanpa kendala struktur makna. Respon ahli review pertama terhadap Rencana Pembelajaran Semester Mata Kuliah Istima' 1, memperoleh tingkat penilaian 86 yang termasuk dalam kategori Sangat Baik dan respon ahli review kedua memperoleh tingkat penilaian 90 yang termasuk dalam kategori Sangat Baik. Rata-rata tingkat penilaian dari ahli review adalah 88 termasuk dalam kategori Sangat Baik. Dengan demikian, maka Rencana Pembelajaran Semester yang dikembangkan dinilai sangat baik dan layak digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran Istima' 1. This study aims to determine the needs analysis of the Semester Learning Plan (RPS) of 1st Istima' course based on Ahmad Rusydi Thuaimah's Theory of Arabic Language Study Program, Universitas Negeri Jakarta; Knowing the Development of Semester Learning Plan (RPS) of 1st Istima' course based on Ahmad Rusydi Thuaimah's Theory of Arabic Language Study Program, Universitas Negeri Jakarta; Knowing the response and evaluation of experts on the Semester Learning Plan (RPS) of 1st Istima' course based on Ahmad Rusydi Thuaimah's Theory of Arabic Language Study Program, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The method used in this research is a development method based on the ADDIE Model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), the researcher limits the steps of the method used in this study, namely: (1) Analysis (Analyze), Analysis of the needs of Lecturers and Arabic Language Study Program Students towards Semester Learning Plan (RPS) of 1st Istima' course based on Ahmad Rusydi Thuaimah's Theory, (2) Design and Development, researcher collected material related to the Semester Learning Plan (RPS) of 1st Istima' course based on Ahmad Rusydi Thuaimah's Theory and researcher determine the Standards of competency of the developed teaching material model. (3) Evaluation of Semester Learning Plan (RPS) of 1st Istima' course based on Ahmad Rusydi Thuaimah's Theory conducted by a review expert. Based on the analysis of needs collected from the data of 73 people obtained, the requirement index for Semester Learning Plan (RPS) of 1st Istima' course based on Ahmad Rusydi Thuaimah's Theory is 4.66 (with a scale of 1-5) with 4.66 obtained, then the Semester Learning Plan (RPS) of 1st Istima' course based on Ahmad Rusydi Thuaimah's Theory is very much needed. Based on the analysis of Ahmad Rusydi Thuaimah's theoretical data on Listening Learning, the 1st Istima' course description is obtained, which aims to make students have good basic listening skills and be able to know the clear differences between the First language they have and Arabic. This course includes: Knowing and comparing Arabic sounds with clear differences, Understanding every word of speech delivered in Arabic with a normal rhythm, Respecting people invited to speak with consideration and appreciation, Sorting between primary thoughts with complementary thoughts, Knowing the long and short vowels and the difference between the both, Knowing the double consonant and tanwin and the difference between the both, Understanding the relationship between spoken and written language, distinguishing sounds from adjacent articulations and similar sounds, Knowing the similarities and differences in the sound of Arabic words and the first language, and Listening and understand Arabic without the constraints of meaning structure. The response of the first expert review to the Semester Learning Plan (RPS) of 1st Istima' course based on Ahmad Rusydi Thuaimah's Theory, obtained an assessment level of 86 which was included in the Very Good category and the response of the second expert review received an assessment level of 90 which was included in the Very Good category. The average rating of an expert review is 88 included in the category of Very Good. Thus, the developed Semester Learning Plan is considered to be very good and suitable for use in 1st Istima' learning activities.
