Abstract
Karya Ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui beban kerja karyawan pada divisi operasional dan layanan PT Bri Agroniaga. Metode yang digunakan pada karya ilmiah ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan melalui pengumpulan data observasi dan survey. Dari penulisan ini dapat diketaui bahwa setiap perusahaan penting untuk menerangkan, membagikan, job description atau uraian pekerjaan kepada seluruh karyawan di perusahaan tersebut. Dengan adanya job description atau uraian pekerjaan maka pekerjaan yang di kerjakan oleh karyawan terbagi dengan jelas agar tidak terciptanya beban kerja kepada karyawan. Kata Kunci : Beban kerja, Job Description This Scientific Work aims to find out about employee workloads in the Operational and Service Division Of PT Bri Agrniaga. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with methods of collecting data through observation, and survey. From this result it can be learned that each company is important to explain, share, job description or job descriptions to all employees in the company. With the job description, the work done by employees is clearly divided so as not to create workload for employees. Key Words : Work Loads, Job Description
