Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan jasa boga di Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan jasa boga bagian dapur pada 3 perusahaan yang terletak di Jakarta Timur berjumlah 100 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi satu prediktor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh persepsi lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Persepsi lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebanyak 50,3% dan 49,7% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. This study aims to determin the influence of work environmrent perception on the performance of catering service employee in East Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approch with survey methods and the data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were catering service employees at 3 companies located in East Jakarta, totaling 100 people. The sampling techmique uses a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using one predictor regression analysis. The result show that there is an influence on the work environment perception on employee performance. work environment perceptions influenced employee performance as much as 50.3% and 49.7% are influenced by other variables that not examined in this study.
