Abstract

Penelitian Yang Berjudul Peran Pelatihan IT dalam Upaya Peningkatan Kinerja Operator Sekolah Di Sma Negeri 1 Bekasi bertujuan untuk melakukan perbaikan kinerja operator sekolah dan memecahkan permasalahan operasional IT. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April 2016 hingga Juli 2016 menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskripsi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data. Pemeriksaan dan pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui tahapan kredibilitas data, transferabilitas, dependabilitas dan konformabilitas. Hasil pembahasan penelitian peningkatan kinerja operator sekolah dilihat dari faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja operator, aspek-aspek yang memengaruhi kinerja operator sekolah serta evaluasi kinerja operator sekolah. Implementasi dari pelatihan IT dilakukan pada kegiatan PPDB (Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru) secara Online, UNBK (Ujian Nasional Berbasis Komputer) serta kegiatan administrasi sekolah. Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi yang semakin meningkat dan diimplementasikan kedalam pekerjaan berdampak pada kinerja beberapa pekerja. Pelatihan sebagai solusi untuk memperbaiki kinerja dan memecahkan permasalahan operasional IT sehingga operator sekolah bisa lebih profesional dalam melakukan pekerjaannya. Saran yang dapat diberikan untuk penelitian ini sebaiknya, pelatihan harus banyak dilaksanakan agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas diri seseorang. The research titled is IT Training Role in Improving Performance School Operator At Sma Negeri 1 Bekasi aims to repair school operator performance and solve IT operational issues. The study was conducted in April 2016 to July 2016 using a qualitative approach with the method description. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was performed through the stages of data reduction, data display, and data verification. Inspection and checking the validity of data is done through the stages of data credibility, transferability, dependability and konformabilitas. The results of the discussion of the research school operator performance improvement seen on the factors that affect operator performance, aspects that affect the performance of the school operator and operator performance evaluation of the school. Implementation of IT training is conducted on the activities PPDB (Admission of Students New) Online, UNBK (National Computer Based Exam) as well as administrative activities of the school. The use of information technology has increased and implemented into work have an impact on the performance of several workers. Training as a solution to improve operational performance and solve problems so that IT operators can schools be more professional in doing his job. Advice can be given for this research should, training should be widely carried out in order to improve the quality of a person.
