Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui deskripsi beban kerja dan job insecurity terhadap turnover intention karyawan industri retail di Mall of Indonesia. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan industri retail di Mall of Indonesia. 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Job insecurity terhadap turnover intention karyawan industri retail di Mall of Indonesia. 4) Untuk mengetahui prediksi beban kerja dan job insecurity terhadap turnover intention karyawan industri retail di Mall of Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 175 karyawan industri retail di Mall of Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei melalui penyebarann kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 28. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap Turnover intention; (2) Job insecurity berpengaruh terhadap Turnover intention; (3) Beban kerja dan Job insecurity berpengaruh terhadap Turnover intention pada karyawan industri retail di Mall of Indonesia, dengan nilai F-hitung > F-tabel yaitu 90,682 > 3,049 dan signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05). Kata Kunci: Beban kerja, Job insecurity, Turnover intention, Karyawan penjualan, Industri Retail *** The purpose of this study: 1) To find out the description of Workload and Job insecurity on Turnover Intention Retail Industry employee Mall of Indonesia. 2) To find out the influence of Workload on Turnover Intention Retail Industry employee Mall of Indonesia. 3) To find out the influence of Job insecurity on Turnover Intention Retail Industry employee Mall of Indonesia. 4) To find out how much the contribution of Workload and Job insecurity on Turnover Intention Retail Industry employee Mall of Indonesia. The research was conducted on 175 Retail Industry employee Mall of Indonesia. Data collection technique using survey methods by distributing questionnaires which then processed with SPSS software version 28. This research used descriptive and causal analysis. The results of the regression test showed that: (1) Workload affects Turnover intention; (2) Job insecurity affects Turnover intention; (3) Workload and Job insecurity affect turnover intention in retail industry employees in Mall of Indonesia, with an F-calculated value > F- table of 90,682 > 3,049 and significance (0.000 < 0.05).
