Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran kosakata bahasa arab di SMP Jakarta Islamic Boys Boarding School. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna menciptakan kegiatan belajar yang inovatif, interaktif, serta memudahkan siswa dalam menambah kosakata baru. Peneliti telah membuat 4 materi dengan media flashcard pada aplikasi Quizlet. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode ADDIE. Yang terdiri dari 4 tahap saja, yaitu anlisis, desain, pengembangan, dan evaluasi yang diuji cobakan dan di evaluasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media. Analisis kebutuhan dilakukan oleh guru bahasa arab serta 30 siswa kelas 8 di SMP Jakarta Islamic Boys Boarding School yang sedang mengikuti mata pelajaran bahasa arab. Materi diuji cobakan kepada ahli materi dan ahli media, dengan skor penilaian menggunakan skala likert. Hasil analisis dari angket kebutuhan guru dan siswa menyatakan bahwa siswa merasa sulit dalam mempelajari Bahasa Arab, dan guru menyatakan bahwa pengembangan media ini sangat dibutuhkan dalam pembelajaran. Maka dari itu guru dan siswa menginginkan media pembelajaran ini dikembangkan. Setelah mengetahui hasil angket analisis kebutuhan dari siswa dan guru, kemudian peneliti merancang materi yang akan di buat dan di ujikan kepada ahli materi dan Hasil penilaian ahli materi mendapatkan kategori layak untuk diuji cobakan, dengan presentase 78,75%. Kemudian setelah mengetahui hasil dari ahli materi lalu peneliti membuat media yang akan di gunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan aplikasi quizlet yang di dalamnya terdapat kosakata baru beserta contoh penggunaannya dalam kalimat yang juga dilengkapi dengan audio yang dapat membantu siswa dalam pelafalan kosatakata tersebut dan juga di bantu dengan visual dari gambar yang kemudian di ujikan kepada ahli media, untuk hasil penilaian ahli media mendapatkan katagori sangat layak untuk diuji cobakan dengan nilai presentase 91,25%. Berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi dan ahli media di atas, media Flashcard kosakata pada aplikasi Quizlet ini layak untuk diuji cobakan pada SMP Jakarta Islamic Boys Boarding school. This study aims to develop Arabic vocabulary learning media at SMP Jakarta Islamic Boys Boarding School. This research was conducted in order to create innovative, interactive learning activities, and make it easier for students to add new vocabulary. Researchers have made 4 materials with flashcard media in the Quizlet application. In this study, researchers used the ADDIE method. Which consists of only 4 stages, namely analysis, design, development, and evaluation which are tested and evaluated by material experts and media experts. The needs analysis was carried out by an Arabic teacher and 30 8th grade students at SMP Jakarta Islamic Boys Boarding School who were taking Arabic subjects. The material was tested on material experts and media experts, with an assessment score using a Likert scale. The results of the analysis of the teacher and student needs questionnaire stated that students found it difficult to learn Arabic, and the teacher stated that the development of this media was needed in learning. Therefore, teachers and students want this learning media to be developed. After knowing the results of the needs analysis questionnaire from students and teachers, then the researchers designed the material to be made and tested to the material expert and the results of the material expert assessment got a worthy category to be tested, with a percentage of 78.75%. then after knowing the results from the material expert, the researcher made the media that would be used, namely by using the Quizlet application in which there was new vocabulary along with examples of its use in sentences which were also equipped with audio that could help students in pronouncing the vocabulary and also assisted with visuals. from the image which was then tested to media experts, for the results of the media expert's assessment, the category was very feasible to be tested with a percentage value of 91.25%. Based on the assessment of the material experts and media experts above, the vocabulary Flashcard media in the Quizlet application is worthy to be tested at SMP Jakarta Islamic Boys Boarding school.
