Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Deskripsi penempatan kerja, pengembangan karir, dan kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT X. 2) Pengaruh penempatan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT X. 3) Pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT X. 4) Pengaruh penempatan kerja dan pengembangan karir secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT X. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei menggunakan kuesioner dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 83 karyawan yang ditentukan dengan rumus slovin. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis linear berganda menggunakan bantuan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa penempatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, serta penempatan kerja dan pengembangan karir secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. ******** The purpose of this study is to find out: 1) Description of job placement, career development, and job satisfaction of employees at PT X. 2) The effect of job placement on employee job satisfaction at PT X. 3) The effect of career development on employee job satisfaction. 4) The effect of job placement and career development simultaneously on employee job satisfaction at PT X. The research method used was a survey method using a questionnaire with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study was 83 employees who were determined by the slovin formula. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis using SPSS software version 26. The results of the data analysis show that job placement has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, career development has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and job placement and career development simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
