Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk menguji pengaruh: 1) Destination attributes terhadap destination reputation. 2) Destination attributes terhadap tourist satisfaction. 3) Destination attributes terhadap memorable tourism experiences. 4) Destination reputation terhadap revisit intention. 5) Tourist satisfaction terhadap revisit intention. 5) Memorable tourism experiences terhadap revisit intention. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan survei dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner yang dibagikan secara online dan offline. Responden adalah mereka yang berdomisili di DKI Jakarta dan DI Yogyakarta serta pernah mengunjungi Keraton Ngayogyakarta. Sebanyak 250 responden terlibat, data dinalisis menggunakan SPSS dan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dari AMOS untuk mengelola data dan menganalisis hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan hipotesisnya menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis destination attributes terhadap destination reputation diterima dan signifikan, destination attributes terhadap tourist satisfaction diterima dan signifikan, destination attributes terhadap memorable tourism experiences diterima dan signifikan, destination reputation terhadap revisit intention diterima dan signifikan, tourist satisfaction terhadap revisit intention diterima dan signifikan, dan memorable tourism experiences terhadap revisit intention diterima dan signifikan. Kata Kunci: destination attributes, destination reputation, tourist satisfaction, memorable tourism experiences, revisit intention. *** The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of: 1) Destination attributes on destination reputation. 2) Destination attributes on tourist satisfaction. 3) Destination attributes on memorable tourism experiences. 4) Destination reputation on revisit intention. 5) Tourist satisfaction on revisit intention. 6) Memorable tourism experiences on revisit intention. Data collection was conducted through a survey using a questionnaire distributed both online and offline. The respondents were individuals domiciled in DKI Jakarta or DI Yogyakarta who had visited Keraton Ngayogyakarta. A total of 250 respondents participated, and the data were analyzed using SPSS and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) from AMOS to manage and analyze the research findings. The results of this study based on its hypotheses indicate that the hypothesis of destination attributes on destination reputation is accepted and significant, destination attributes on tourist satisfaction is accepted and significant, destination attributes on memorable tourism experiences is accepted and significant, destination reputation on revisit intention is accepted and significant, tourist satisfaction on revisit intention is accepted and significant, and memorable tourism experiences on revisit intention is accepted and significant.
