Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku pro lingkungan karyawan dengan mempertimbangkan pengaruh environmental transformational leadership dan orientasi nilai di lingkungan kerja. Studi kasus dilakukan di PT. Ganda Mady Indotama, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang environmental service. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan analisis data survei yang dikumpulkan dari karyawan perusahaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara environmental transformational leadership dan perilaku pro lingkungan karyawan. Pemimpin yang memberikan pengawasan yang baik terhadap praktik-praktik ramah lingkungan cenderung mendorong karyawan untuk mengadopsi perilaku pro lingkungan. Selain itu, orientasi nilai perusahaan juga memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk sikap dan perilaku karyawan terkait lingkungan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi perusahaan dalam mengembangkan strategi kepemimpinan dan nilai-nilai perusahaan yang mendukung praktek-praktek pro lingkungan di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman lebih lanjut mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku pro lingkungan di dunia kerja. This study aims to analyze employees' pro-environmental behavior by considering the influence of environmental transformational leadership and value orientation in the work environment. The case study was conducted at PT Ganda Mady Indotama, a company engaged in environmental services. The research methods used were interviews, observations, and analysis of survey data collected from company employees. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant relationship between environmental transformational leadersgip and employee pro-environmental behavior. Leaders who provide good supervision of environmentally friendly practices tend to encourage employees to adopt proenvironmental behavior. In addition, the company's value orientation also plays an important role in shaping employees' attitudes and behaviors related to the environment. The findings provide valuable insights for companies in developing leadership strategies and corporate values that support pro-environmental practices in the workplace. This research is expected to contribute to further understanding of the factors that influence pro-environmental behavior in the workplace
