Abstract

Guru merupakan komponen paling utama dalam sistem pendidikan untuk itu guru harus kompeten secara profesional. Guru yang kompeten adalah perpaduan antara kemampuan personal, keilmuan, teknologi, sosial, dan spiritual yang secara menyeluruh membentuk kompetensi standar profesi guru, yang mencakup penguasaan materi, pemahaman terhadap peserta didik, pembelajaran yang mendidik, pengembangan pribadi, dan profesionalisme. Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk: 1.) Mengetahui Memgetahui pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kompetensi Guru SMA Negeri di provinsi daerah khusus Jakarta. 2). Mengetahui pengaruh langsung management stress terhadap kompetensi guru SMA Negeri di provinsi daerah khusus Jakarta. 3). Mengetahui pengaruh langsung innovativeness terhadap kompetensi guru SMA Negeri di provinsi daerah khusus Jakarta 4). Mengetahui pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap management stress guru SMA Negeri di provinsi daerah khusus Jakarta 5). Mengetahui pengaruh innovativeness terhadap manajement stress Guru SMA Negeri di provinsi daerah khusus Jakarta 6). Mengetahui pengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan Transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kompetensi guru SMA Negeri di provinsi daerah khusus Jakarta melalui manajement stress 7). Mengetahui tidak langsung pengaruh innovativeness terhadap kompetensi guru SMA Negeri di provinsi daerah khusus Jakarta melalui manajement stress Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 1356 guru dan sampel sebanyak 309 guru SMA Negeri di propinsi daerah khusus Jakarta, dengan mengunakan path analysis dengan mengunakan program AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1). Terdapat pengaruh positip dan signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kompetensi Guru. 2). Terdapat positip dan signifikan pengaruh manajement stress terhadap kompetensi guru. 3). Terdapat pengaruh langsung innovativeness terhadap kompetensi guru. 4). Terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap manajement stress 5). Terdapat pengaruh langsung innovativeness terhadap manajement stress 6). Terdapat Pengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kompetensi guru melalui manajement stress. 7). Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung hubungan innovativeness terhadap kompetensi guru melalui manajement stress. Implikasin dari penelitian ini adalah peningkatan kompetensi guru harus melibatkan peran kepemimpinan tranformasional, manajement stress dan innovativeness sehingga tujuan pendidikan nasional dapat tercapai ******** Teachers are the most important component in the education system, for which teachers must be professionally competent. Competent teachers are a combination of personal, scientific, technological, social, and spiritual abilities that thoroughly form the standard competencies of the teacher profession, which include mastery of the material, understanding of students, educational learning, personal development, and professionalism. This study aims to: 1.) Know the direct influence of transformational leadership of school principals on the competence of public high school teachers in the province of a special region of Jakarta. 2). Know the direct effect of stress management on the competence of public high school teachers in Jakarta Spisial Region province special region of Jakarta. 3). Know the direct influence of innovativeness on the competence of teachers of Jakarta Spisial Region provincial public high schools 4). Know the direct influence of the principal's leadership on the stress management of public high school teachers in Jakarta Spisial Region province special region of Jakarta 5). Know the effect of innovativeness on stress management of public high school teachers in Jakarta Spisial Region province 6). Know the indirect influence of transformational leadership of school principals on the competence of public high school teachers in Jakarta Spisial Region province special region of Jakarta through stress management 7). Know the indirect influence of innovativeness on the competence of public high schools Jakarta province special region of Jakarta through stress management The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach, the population of this study was 1356 teachers and a sample of 309 public high school teachers in Jakarta Spisial Region province special region of Jakarta, using path analysis using the AMOS program. The results showed: 1). There is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership of the principal on teacher competence. 2). There is a positive and significant influence of stress management on teacher competence. 3). There is a direct influence of innovativeness on teacher competence. 4). There is an influence of transformational leadership on stress management 5). There is a direct influence of innovativeness on stress management 6). There is an indirect influence of transformational leadership on teacher competence through stress management. 7). There is an indirect influence of innovativeness on teacher competence through stress management. This research implies that improving teacher competence must involve transformational leadership roles, stress management and innovativeness so that national education goals can be achieved.
