Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap profesionalisme guru dalam menghadapi transformasi digital di sekolah penggerak jenjang PAUD angkatan 1 se-Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebagai variabel X dan profesionalisme guru sebagai variabel Y. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan 341 guru sekolah penggerak jenjang PAUD angkatan 1 se-Jawa Timur. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Proportional Random Sampling dengan total sampel sebanyak 184 guru yang diperoleh menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala likert. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana yang menghasilkan persamaan regresi Y ̂=131,412+0,247X dan perolehan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,306 atau 30,6%. Dari hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t didapatkan hasil thitung > ttabel yaitu 8,952 > 1,973 dan hasil nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 yang menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga dinyatakan variabel Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah (X) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Profesionalisme Guru (Y) dalam menghadapi transformasi digital di sekolah penggerak jenjang PAUD angkatan 1 se-Jawa Timur.***** This study aims to find out how much influence the principal's leadership has on teacher professionalism in facing digital transformation in school of educational movement batch 1 of early childhood education in east java. This research consists of two variables, namely the principal's leadership as variable X and teacher professionalism as variable Y. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study was 341 teachers in school of educational movement batch 1 of early childhood education in east java. Sampling used the Proportional Random Sampling technique with a total sample of 184 teachers obtained using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique use a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing was carried out using simple linear regression analysis which produced the regression equation Y ̂=131,412+0,247X and obtained a coefficient of determination of 0.306 or 30.6%. From the results of hypothesis testing using the t test, the results obtained were tcount > ttable, namely 8.952 > 1.973 and the significance value was 0.000, which shows that the significance value is smaller than 0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05. The study showed that the Principal Leadership variable (X) has a positive and significant influence on Teacher Professionalism (Y) in n school of educational movement batch 1 of early childhood education in east java.
