Abstract

Pelaksanaan pendidikan di Indonesia, dilakukan dalam suatu sistem pendidikan dan dikembangkan dalam suatu kurikulum pendidikan, dengan memperhatikan karakteristik dan kebutuhan peserta didik. Peserta didik memiliki kemampuan yang berbeda-beda, oleh karena itu pelayanan proses pendidikan berpusat pada kepentingan peserta didik sesuai dengan minat dan bakatnya. Keberhasilan akademik peserta didik dalam mencapai aspek afektif, kognitif dan psikomotor dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar peserta didik. Hasil belajar adalah kemampuan yang diperoleh anak setelah melalui kegiatan belajar. Keberhasilan peserta didik melalui hasil belajar yang dimaksud adalah berhasil dalam mencapai tujuan-tujuan pembelajaran. Hasil belajar siswa pada SMA Dewi Sartika, SMA Muhammadiyah 5 dan SMA 17 Agustus 45, menunjukan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di kelas X cenderung rendah, hal ini terlihat dari rata-rata ketuntasan klasikal penilaian akhir tahun di kelas X SMA Dewi Sartika sebesar 34%, di SMA Muhammadiyah 5 sebesar 37% dan di SMA 17 Agustus 45 sebesar 35%. Angka presentase tersebut menunjukan bahwa ketuntasan belajar pada mata pelajaran ekonomi rendah. Tentu saja rendahnya hasil belajar tersebut dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Berdasarkan pengamatan di SMA Dewi Sartika, SMA Muhammadiyah 5, dan SMA 17 Agustus 45 terlihat pula siswa belum memiliki efikasi diri dan regulasi diri. Hal ini terlihat ketika saat istirahat, siswa lebih suka berkumpul bersama teman-temanya untuk mengobrol dan bercanda, padahal waktu luang tersebut dapat digunakan untuk memperkaya pengetahuan dengan mengulas kembali materi pembelajaran ekonomi yang telah diperoleh sebelumnya. Siswa juga terlihat tidak memiliki motivasi belajar yang kuat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara efikasi diri dan regulasi diri terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi pada siswa dengan motivasi belajar sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X tahun ajaran 2022/2023 di SMA Dewi Sartika, SMA Muhammadiyah 5 dan SMA 17 Agustus 45 yang berjumlah 516 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 225. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket dan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri dan regulasi diri terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi melalui motivasi belajar sebagai variabel intervening. ***** The implementation of education in Indonesia is carried out in an educational system and developed in an educational curriculum, taking into account the characteristics and needs of students. Students have different abilities, therefore educational process services are centered on the interests of students according to their interests and talents. Students academic success in achieving affective, cognitive and psychomotor aspects can be seen from students learning outcomes. Learning outcomes are the abilities that children gain after going through learning activities. The success of students through the learning outcomes in question is success in achieving learning goals. Student learning outcomes at Dewi Sartika High School, Muhammadiyah 5 High School and 17 August 45 High School, show that learning outcomes in economics subjects in class X amounting Dewi Sartika High School it was 34%, Muhammadiyah 5 High School it was 37% and 17 August 45 High School it was 35%. This percentage figure shows that learning mastery in economics subjects is low. Of course, the low learning outcomes are influenced by several factors. Based on observations at Dewi Sartika High School, Muhammadiyah 5 High School, and 17 August 45 High School, it can be seen that students do not have self-efficacy and self-regulation. This can be seen when during breaks, students prefer to gather with their friends to chat and joke, even though this free time can be used to enrich their knowledge by reviewing previously obtained economic learning material. Students also appear to not have strong motivation to learn. This research aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy and selfregulation on students learning outcomes in economics subjects with learning motivation as an intervening variable. The population of this study was class X 2022/2023 academic year at Dewi Sartika High School, Muhammadiyah 5 High School and 17 August 45 High School, totaling 516 students. Sampling was carried out using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique with a sample size of 225. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used path analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS 25.0 program. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence between selfefficacy and self-regulation on economic learning outcomes through learning motivation as an intervening variable.
