Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara literasi financial technology, literasi keuangan, dan competitive pressure terhadap kinerja UMKM di DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang bersumber dari kuesioner yang disebarkan dengan bantuan Dinas PPKUKM yang berada di DKI Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 77 responden dengan menggunakan software G*power. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji outer model dan uji structural model dengan menggunakan bantuan Smart-PLS. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa literasi financial technology, literasi keuangan, dan competitive pressure berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa penggunaan teknologi dalam kegiatan usaha sangat diperlukan untuk peningkatan kinerja. Selain itu, pemahaman akan literasi keuangan akan memberikan pengaruh yang positif karena anggaran yang digunakan dalam kegiatan operasional usaha terencana dengan baik. Tekanan dari pesaing juga memberikan pengaruh positif karena dengan adanya persaingan, maka pelaku UMKM dapat terus berinovasi, sehingga kinerja usaha dapat meningkat. ***** This study was conducted to determine whether there is an influence between financial technology literacy, financial literacy, and competitive pressure on the performance of MSMEs in DKI Jakarta. The method used in this study is quantitative. The data used in this study is primary data sourced from questionnaires distributed with the help of the PPKUKM Office in DKI Jakarta. The sample used in this study was 77 respondents using G*power software. The data analysis techniques used in this study are outer model test and structural model test using the help of Smart-PLS. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, this study indicates that financial technology and financial literacy has an effect on MSME Performance. Partially, competitive pressure has no effect on MSME performance. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, it shows that financial technology literacy, financial literacy, and competitive pressure affect the performance of MSMEs. This proves that the use of technology in business activities is indispensable for performance improvement. In addition, an understanding of financial literacy will have a positive influence because the budget used in business operational activities is well planned. Pressure from competitors also has a positive influence because with competition, MSME actors can continue to innovate, so that business performance can improve.
